J'ai oublié des affaires dans la penderie...j'ai quitté l'hôtel à 9h30 pas 1 appel rien du tout.
Si le jour du départ on m'avait téléphoné j'aurais pu tout récupérer.
Là je dois payer pour qu'il me renvoie tout.

Lit confortable, très belle entrée de l hôtel bien décorée.

Cons:

Porte de douche qui ferme mal avec les joints. Problème sur pomme de douche.
Même si le personnel d acceuil est sympathique. Il devrait néanmoins dire bonjour avec un sourire à chaque entrée avant d attendre que nous même disions bonjour avec le sourire. Pour moi, c est ça accueillir le client.
En disant, que nous fetions nos 40 ans de mariage à la réservation dans le mail. Une petite attention nous aurait fait plaisir. Hors mis tous ces petits détails, nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Cons:

Het hotel had alles wat we nodig hadden voor 2 nachten. Het bed was een twijfelaar, kan te klein zijn.
