Pros:

The bathroom door in my suite didn’t close because of an obstruction under the door. As evidenced by the scoring on the vinyl flooring, it had been that way for some time. Strangely, the bathroom door was scratched and paint chipping. Other than that it was a good stay.

I was turned away from this hotel by the front desk worker although I had a paid reservation, but was not allowed to stay there because my partner did not have I.D. at the time. I explained that the I.D. had been stolen and the room was reserved and for by myself, but that didn't matter to him. It was about 12:00pm when we arrived, so I was unable to book another accommodation. End result was, we had to sleep in the truck at +3. Very cold and uncomfortable to say the least.I will not ever return to this property again.

Smells so bad, bed sheets have stains, walls have cracks, floor is dirty. Really disappointed doesn’t look like the photos at all. Didn’t expect it to be like this went to the front to ask for a room change said they can’t do anything. Never booking with them ever again

Dirty mattress hanging out of fitted sheet. Bedding was gross. Pool was out of service and was the only reason we chose this hotel.

Pros:

The hotel was fine for a value price and a place to lay your head. We were taken back when they were going to turn away my guest (non paying adult) because she did not have photo identification. It started our visit off tense. The property scanned her work ID instead. It all seemed unnecessary and she felt unwelcome. This was her special graduation weekend, and it started out unpleasant.
The property is fine and the price was right but I think I will look around for a place that will be more welcoming next time.
