Pros:

The Location is good, and the room size is good.

Cons:

The facility in room is terible. The air dryer doesn't work. The sink drain was clogged, so I unclogged it myself. The bed is so soft.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, received plenty of food for low price. Good location, plenty of restaurants & shopping. Very reasonable price for room.

Cons:

No sugar & creamer in room to go with coffee. Some slow service in lounge.

Cons:

After a 13h drive I was told that the room I booked wasn't available as they were overbooked. Then magically a room was available, but wasn't pet friendly (I had confirmed the pet friendly room).
Ultimately I was forced to find another pet friendly hotel at 10:30pm after a 13h drive. Absolutely ridiculous!
