The location
The booking process is quite cumbersome, even when using Booking.com. The hotel requires an advance payment to confirm the reservation and asks that the payment receipt be emailed to their accounting team, which does not appear to coordinate with the reservations team. This creates an outdated, inefficient process and results in unnecessary inconvenience for customers.
I had paid the required advance to the hotel to confirm my booking and emailed the receipt to the id's provided. However, upon arrival, the reservations team informed me that they had not received any communication from their accounting team regarding the advance payment. This resulted in a delay of more than 30 minutes at check‑in, as the team took an unusually long time to verify the payment.
At check‑in, I completed the full payment for my stay. Despite this, the hotel—without any notice—charged an additional amount to the credit card saved on my Booking.com account. I noticed the charge before check‑out and immediately informed the reservations staff. After reviewing the matter, they acknowledged the error and agreed to issue a refund.
However, I was told that the refund would take at least 7–10 days because their accounting team needed to “verify and process” it. In reality, it took almost a month and required repeated follow‑ups. To make matters worse, the hotel deducted a processing fee from the refund. When I asked why a processing fee was being applied to refund money to an Indian bank account—especially when the error was not mine—no explanation was provided.
This was, by far, the most disappointing customer service experience I have encountered in the service industry.

The location was the best thing about this place. It is ideal for business trips.
Food - very limited menu. Keep a food delivery app at hand. There's a disconnect with Booking.com and reception desk. The reception desk doesn't check the advance payment on this portal. So before you pay the bill, cross check the invoice.
Due to suffering fraud I can't recommend to this hotel to anyone
Hotel double charged us and repeatedly lied about processing a refund of the duplicate charge. Fraud.
