Great location
Pros:

Location was amazing, right in the middle of the action.
Room was comfortable and breakfast was very good. Staff were polite.

Cons:

The showerhead wasn't fit for purpose, it needs replacing. The room smelled of damp.

Nothing , scammers .

Cons:

Arrived at hotel to be told the hotel had only half the rooms with electricity . My room was one . Clearly not as from the outside i saw all rooms had lights on . Was offered a taxi to a more expensive hotel . I walked it was quicker . On return a week later after going into the mountains same happened . I refused other hotel, they just left me in reception to find another hotel myself . Guy on reception looked embarrassed , manager not interested in me ,was more interested in chatting up the girls sat at the restaurant tabled .
Think they just keep accepting bookings and pass them on to another hotel they own . Not great won't book there again and would advise others to do the same.

כשהגענו למלון הסתבר שיש תקלת חשמל והועברנו למלון אחר (במונית על חשבוננו).
לא טרחו לעדכן עד שהגענו.

Kamer is prima, personeel onvriendelijk en je betaald meer dan waar je voor hebt geboekt.
Pros:

De locatie was perfect. Op loopafstand van alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden. De kamer was netjes en schoon.

Cons:

Het personeel was onvriendelijk, niet behulpzaam. Zowel in het restaurant bij het ontbijt als bij de receptie. De reservering via booking is in euro’s. Ze laten je in de lokale valuta betalen en rekenenen dan 1 op 1. Dat houdt in dat je meer dan 10% extra betaald. De verschillende medewerkers geven aan niet verantwoordelijk te zijn en niets te kunnen doen. De manager zou komen om het op te lossen maar kwam niet. Kortom, zoek het maar uit.
