We had a perfect time in this hotel
Pros:

Our room was extra clean and huge, big window, modern AC, clean bathroom with spacious shower. The TV could have a Netflix but that’s ok, ha ha. The hotel lobby was beautiful and stylish, pool was great and clean, the water was a bit cool, but exceptional. The breakfast options were great and delicious. We had a great stay.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Breakfast
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of delicious options, including omelets, sausages, flavorful potatoes, fresh fruits, and sweet pastries to enjoy with coffee or tea.
The room was very comfortable with a cozy bed and a well-thought-out design. The bathroom was modern, clean, and beautifully arranged.
Overall, it was a perfect choice for a relaxing weekend getaway. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Room 408.

Cons:

One small downside was that the hotel does not have a hot tub or jacuzzi, which we were hoping for when planning our trip. The pool was also quite busy in the evening, even though it stays open until 10 pm. However, we did enjoy the gym, which was well-equipped and convenient to use.

Tv no signal did not work, thermastate did not work,lamp on desk flickers, no light over couch,heating unit very, very, noisy,no microwave in room,pillows on bed very uncomfortable,breakfast scrambled eggs weird texture.

Pros:

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They did all they could to make sure our stay was comfortable.

Cons:

One of the dresser drawers kept sliding open, a bit dangerous when walking to the bathroom at night. Also, the TV was outdated. We had to get a Roku stick from the front desk and then have one of the staff help set it up. These are little things, but something I dont expect to have to deal with at a Hyatt.

The bedroom. The sheets, towels, walls and pillowcases weren’t clean. We slept on the top sheet and put the body towels on our pillows.
