Pros:

The staff was amazing and so accommodating. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure after a long day of moving. We had a great experience here.

Cons:

Hotel was a little unsanitary. Room had some stains on the couch and could have used a deep clean in general. The pool was cloudy and the pool area wasn’t being cleaned throughout the day (had like big bunches of hair on the floor). Breakfast was also chaotic. A lot of people and no one cleaning the tables and egg and cereal all over the floor. I felt kind of grossed out through the entire stay. I think they need more staff in general for the amount of people that stay there.

Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean .
However, it didn’t get cleaned before our second day despite us reminding front desk we would like it be cleaned.
Staff was very pleasant and friendly but the place is TERRIBLY UNDERSTAFFED

Cons:

Breakfast: no plates, no tea (had to ask for it), disgusting dirty dining area, nobody cleaning up

Pros:

The staff was friendly, professional and courteous. One notable exception for us was the check in representative noted below. The facility was clean and in good shape including the pool area.

Cons:

Check in was a big challenge for the representative we got the first time. He was on his phone texting, asked us to wait off to the side. When he called us back over, he said he had to call to check on a clean room. It seemed like it was his first day and any training that was provided was completely forgotten. He gave us uncoded room keys. The keys did not work when we got to the room. We brought all our stuff back to the desk and luckily another knowledgeable representative helped us get our keys coded. The bad beginning was helped to be smoothed over with professional help quickly addressing the oversight of the original check in representative.

Excellent facility and would recommend.
Pros:

Breakfast exceptional. Multiple choices of food. The waffles were a favorite. Room was very spacious and well appointed. Breakfast area attractive.
