Pros:

Nothing!!!!!

Cons:

The strong odor of animal urine. And the bedbugs that attacked me as I slept, resulting in painful bites and having to get rid of everything I had in the room with me. And I can’t get a refund!!!!

Decent place to stay
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. We really like the room size, because it had an extra nook on the end for the sofa bed and table.

Cons:

The hallway smell. Also the biscuits and gravy was nearly gone by 9:00.

It’s a roof over your head.
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

Our room was not clean. The only thing clean in the room was the bedding and linens at least. Surfaces had smudges and were dirty. The side of the bed skirt up by the headboard, appeared to have serious staining. Not sure if it was somebody spilling a drink or something else. Extremely dirty around the nightstands we don’t think anybody even vacuumed before we arrived.

Pros:

very nice and big room, big bed and very comfortable, breakfast was very good, had a problem with TV and they fixed it very quickly, staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

I was looking forward to the pool but was shutdown for painting, It will look nice with the new color as soon as its completed

Bad. Will not stay here again. You get what you pay for, but this room was worth nothing.

Cons:

Smelled like cat pee really bad. Reserved king suite, got 2 queen beds. Huge fight broke out in the hallway in front of our room and cops weren’t called. Very scary.

Pros:

First night I stayed I fixed the toilet because the chain was under it so I adjusted the chain so it wouldn't go under the flange the flange needs to be replaced.
The next morning I am formed the staff that was on duty that a lady burned her finger and that he should go talk to her and potentially write an incident report he said. Very snooty I was like I can do his give her a band-aid there's nothing else I can do for her. I thought it was just poor customer service.
I ended up writing the Room 2 more nights as my mom is in the hospital I thought that it was a different name. So my bad for picking a twice.
I will not make that mistake again. My sister stayed Last night Some men were working in the building and we advised that the room had an odor he said no it doesn't. Same guy. Also in the morning my sister went to get breakfast the The breakfast mini donuts were hard The juice was not filled. As well as some other things that were also stale. And apparently the gentleman yelled at her saying no it's not. She tapped the Mini cupcake On the counter so that it would make the tinting tink sound. We have to stay some more nights as we have family in the hospital. Just overall unfriendly. And creepy vibe

I would like him to apologize I would like him to care about his customers you know like tell them I'm sorry that something happened to them and you know offer something. And maybe post a sign beware very hot And replace food if it is stale or hard as a rock ridiculous. Some basic customer service. Overall the rooms stay was quiet beds were reasonably comfortable and clean

Horrible service and facility

Cons:

Water main broke. No water, toilets for over 4-5 hours. Told would be two. Then told total 2 night stay would be refunded but he told booking.com he was not refunding anything after leaving the hotel at 5pm with it still not working.
