It might have been my worst stay at a hotel.
Pros:

The location was perfect.

Cons:

Cob webs all over the room, smelled like an ash tray, there were stains on the bedding, the shower didn’t drain, the ac would constantly turn off, the carpets and furniture were stained. I could go on and on.

Disgustsing.
Pros:

The receptionist that was working was very kind and helpful. Also very understanding of the situation.

Cons:

The room was so musty that I nor my family was able to breathe comfortably. My family was placed in a nonsmoking room on a smoking floor. There was mildew growing on the tv stand.

This should never be a room that costs more than 100 bucks a night, not even husker game day

The staff was nice and the location great

Cons:

Room smelled like an ashtray, heavy stank of smoke. The building was noisy all night--feels like many folks live there and are always outside smoking and looking kinda creepy.
The meal for breakfast was crap. The usual waffle machine (great) but just something halfway resembling biscuits and gravy, and little else/
The coffee was surprisingly very good, though

Pros:

At Upon arriving at 5 pm we were told there were no clean rooms. They checked us in and took down our phone number to call in an “hour” when the room was ready. We received no call. We arrived back at 8 pm only to be told they just got our room ready. We went up to the room finding a bag of dollar general possibly cleaning rags. There was no soap, shampoo or wash cloths in the room. Mold and peeling paint in the bathroom. Just a feeling of uncleanliness throughout the room. On the second night we got back to the hotel at 5 pm and they had still not been through the already booked rooms to see if there was anything needed. The hallway was full of trash from the night before and was still there the 3rd morning. We had booked a full week but after 2 nights we had enough. No refund, no apology nothing to even make us feel like they cared. DO NOT BOOK OR STAY HERE AS THE OWNERS AND STAFF DON’T CARE AT ALL.
DEFINITELY NOT 4.5 stars as stated on Trip Advisor!
You could also hear the cars drag racing up and down O street all night long.

Overpriced for such a dive. The front desk lady was very nice and professional.

Pet Friendly, yes. Clean enough for pets, no!
Pros:

It was pet friendly and near many stores and attractions.

Cons:

The room wasn't clean thoroughly. The carpet had been "cleaned" with carpet fresh powder that showed every place where it was wet at some point. It wasn't vacuumed completely either. Plus, there was garbage behind the end tables. The breakfast was limited; cereals, breads, yogurt, waffles, biscuits, gravy, and choice of typical beverages.
