Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
Reservations are only accepted from adults. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. Please note that check-out on Saturdays is possible until 13:00 and check-in is at 16:00. The hotel does not include Shabbat elevators. The hotel does not hold a Kosher certificate.

באנו לחגוג יום הולדת לבנות 7, אימהות ובנות.
שידרגו אותנו לחדר עם נוף ונתנו לילדות מתנה ערכה לים.
בנוסף, פינקו בזמן נוסף לצ'ק אאוט, בהחלט הוסיף לחוויה.
תודעת שירות ממש גבוהה, חדר מפנק, ארוחת בוקר שווה ושירות מעל ומעבר.
המיקום מעולה, קרוב לים והרבה מקומות בילוי.
הצוות היה נחמד מאוד ורצו לעזור כמה שיותר.
הבריכה הייתה צפופה והמים עכורים, ביום הראשון לא יכולנו לשהות בה מרוב העומס.
בשעות העומס המעליות התעכבו מאוד (צק אין צק אאוט)
הגיעו מגבות עם שיערות וכשביקשנו להחליף הגיעו עוד מגבות עם שיערות. רק לאחר מכן הגיעו מגבות באמת נקיות.
המזגן לא כל כך עבד וגם טיפטף, הגיע פעם אחת איש אחזקה וזה לא עזר ורק בפעם השניה שהגיע איש אחזקה חשנו שיפור.
הצק אאוט היה בשעה 13 וניסינו בשעה 12:40 להשתמש במעלית ולהיכנס לחדר והכרטיס כבר בוטל אז חיכינו מחוץ לחדר זמן רב. (כן נתנו לנו להאריך את הצק אאוט בחצי שעה בהתאמה).

היינו בסופ"ש והחנייה היתה עמוסה. ממולץ להגיע לפני שעת הצ׳ק אין לתפוס מקום חנייה.
