Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. חוויה גרועה מאוד, לא מומלץ בשום אופן
ארוחת הבוקר בינונית ומאכזבת, אבל זו הייתה הבעיה הקטנה ביותר. המיקום גרוע מאוד, והכניסה למלון עוברת דרך פסאז' מוזנח ומאיים, שבו כמעט בכל פעם שעברנו שכבו על הרצפה אנשים שנראו שיכורים או תחת השפעת סמים. התחושה הייתה לא נעימה ולא בטוחה, במיוחד כאשר נכנסים ויוצאים עם ילדים.
המלון עצמו כמעט ואינו מציע מתקנים. מלבד בריכה, אין באמת מה לעשות במקום, וגם בזמן השהייה שלנו מעלית הגישה לבריכה לא עבדה. כך שגם המתקן היחיד שהמלון מתגאה בו לא היה נגיש בצורה סבירה.
בסופו של דבר מדובר במלון שלא מספק תחושת ביטחון, נוחות או תמורה ראויה למחיר. החוויה הייתה מאכזבת מתחילתה ועד סופה. לא נחזור לכאן ולא נמליץ עליו לאף אחד, ובוודאי שלא למשפחות עם ילדים.

L’accueil du personnel , l’amabilité des serveurs. La literie est de très bonne qualité, et les prestations sont superbes. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est génial.
La qualité du petit déjeuner.
J’ai du attendre 45 min qu’un membre du personnel m’apporte des draps pour faire le lit de mes enfants à 1h du matin…
Je trouve aussi que les règles de la piscine sont trop strictes. Mes enfants sachant nager, n’avaient pas le droit de franchir la ligne rouge qui mène au bassin profond… c’est quand même très moyen quand on a des enfants qui savent nager et qui veulent profiter de la piscine entièrement.
L’espace peu profond n’est pas très grand.
