Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
Reservations are only accepted from adults. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. Please note that check-out on Saturdays is possible until 13:00 and check-in is at 16:00. The hotel does not include Shabbat elevators. The hotel does not hold a Kosher certificate.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Tel Aviv and had an incredible experience. The rooms are spotless and beautifully maintained, and the staff was attentive throughout my stay. The real highlight was the rooftop pool on the thirtieth floor, which offers breathtaking three hundred sixty degree views of the entire city and coastline. I spent quality time relaxing there, taking in the beach views, and feeling genuinely peaceful. The hotel offers excellent value for the price, and I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Tel Aviv. It's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the city.

ראשית כל אני רוצה להגיד שאני לרוב לא אחד שמתקטנן על חופשות, אבל זה התחיל בזה שהגענו לחדר הייתי צריך לסדר אותו בשביל להפתיע את הבת זוג, אני וחבר היינו צריכים טיפה לנקות את החדר כי הוא לא היה נקי
בהמשך היום גילינו שיש פחית אקסל במקרר (דבר שמראה חוסר ניקיון מוחלט)
שהגענו בלילה נכנסתי למיטה ונוכחתי לגלות שבמצעים של השמיכה יש לכלוך של שוקולד או משהו כזה, אני לא מבין איך לא רואים דברים כאלה ״כשמנקים״ חדר. (צירפתי לכם גם תמונה)
הייתי צריך להסתיר את זה מהבת זוג כי אחרי זה היא הייתה נגעלת לישון במיטה הזאת.
המעליות אצלכם זה סבל גדול…

Very good location, very clean, helpful staff, and great rooftop swimming pool!
Breakfast price is CRAZY 120Nis for an adult and 60Nis for kids is way too high.
