Pros:

The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

There was a microwave fire in the lobby, our shower made a terribly loud noise and took forever to get hot. The shampoo and conditioner were very oddly scented and I was allergic to them. They double charged me for the room. I paid through Booking.com before I went and they charged me again when I got there $270.03 refund has still not went through and the location of the property was very hard to find and get to.

Breakfast was terrible. System was down and it took 30 minutes for them to do my check in at 2am. Then they said they were going to give me extra bonvoy points because of the
Inconvenience and even thought I reminded them, they never gave me the points. Will never start there again.

Pros:

We were on the first floor and it was very very noisy above us (feet stomping, creaking, partying, etc). Asked staff if they would provide any remuneration and all they would do is give us some Marriott points. Would not recommend
