Hotel is very clean. Rooms are spacious and the green space for pets is good. Quiet location, but closer to restaurants and gas stations. Offered the same breakfast every morning. Staff was friendly

I had to spend Thanksgiving at this hotel because my travel plans changed at the last minute. I have to say it was very comfortable and quiet and clean. The room itself is HUGE, basically two rooms for the price of one! There is a small "living room" when you enter (with it's own TV) and the king bed is in the back room with a large TV. So you have lots and lots of storage space if you are traveling with multiple bags. I spent the entire Thanksgiving day just lounging in bed and watching football on the big screen. There was some minor glitching so the cable service needs worked on. The WiFi speeds are blazing fast, like over 125 Mbps! The desk clerks were friendly. It was really quiet at night and no people arguing or stupid stuff like that. The hotel is located in an area with a lot of chain restaurants and a Walmart. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here if you need lodging in the NW Indianapolis area.

Baymont by Wyndham Indianapolis NW is very much an “it’ll do” kind of hotel—in a mostly positive way. It’s an older property that looks like it’s been refreshed a few times over the years. Nothing fancy, but generally clean, friendly, and functional. The lobby did feel a bit bare and under-furnished, which set the tone for a place that’s fine but not exactly inviting.

Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Several items were missing, including yogurt, and although I could see cereal boxes in the back room, none were actually put out. When nearly every hotel offers a free breakfast these days, simply having one isn’t enough—it has to be stocked and maintained.

Our suite was clean overall, and I appreciated that we could get a two-room setup for a reasonable price so my daughter had her own space. Beds were comfortable, and most of the fixtures seemed fairly new. Still, small details stood out—like a streak of blackish residue running down the toilet tank—that made me wonder why easy-to-fix things weren’t addressed.

All in all, it’s a decent spot for a night or two. Reasonably priced, close to the highway and plenty of food options, and I never felt any real “ick” factor… aside from the questionable ooze on the toilet tank. Not exceptional, not terrible—just perfectly adequate.

Nice overnight stay. Shower hot , queen bed was comfortable, hallway smelled good. Ice machine is in the kitchen.Could hear people through wall at some .Pillows not that great. Did not feel welcomed at entrance but had ice water to enjoy. Left before breakfast

Clean rooms

The property was well maintained and the room was well priced. The proximity to great dining options is a bonus. The bathroom had some water damage above the shower head. The bed was very comfortable and it was a quiet atmosphere. I will stay here again. Breakfast is included.

Checking in was a pleasure Room spotless. Even demonstrated the unique shower operation.

Basic needs met.

There was loud talking and yelling in the hallway and a nearby room from 2:00- 3:00 in the morning. VERY disruptive to my sleep.

Very enjoyable stay. Room was very quiet, clean and everything worked well. Parking was also ample and easy. Breakfast was satisfying.

Not the best hotel but we had a clean bed, hot water, and a good breakfast. Our room air conditioning wasn’t working and we immediately were given another room. The gentleman at the desk was very efficient and helpful.

The room had a musty smell

The property was well kept, freshly decorated, and clean. Everything was kept up well with little signs of age to the property. The staff was friendly and responsive. We requested late checkout and the manager did not even charge us the additional checkout fee which was very nice of them. I felt safe and comfortable. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again if I'm in the area.

We appreciate a comfortable and affordable lodging experience close to St. Vincent's Hospital.

Best place for the value we have found yet. People were all friendly and helped with anything needed. Room setup was great for 2 separate people. Tons of food and accommodations right down the street.

Decent enough. Breakfast was pretty good. The rooms looked like they had been recently renovated but lacked the attention to details. Like the bathroom.

Hotel was very clean and the breakfast was amazing. Staff was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.
