El desayuno estaba muy bueno
Reservé estadía para tres adultos y al llegar me informaron que el desyuno era para dos. Reclamé y arreglaron la situación. Pero si esto es parte de lo que se espera debe estar claro en el momento de la reservacion

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Drawers wouldn't close, paint chipping off on all cabinetry. There were no suitcase stands. No electrical outlets near the big mirror in the room or a mirror above the dresser that does have an outlet near.

The room was super big. The bathroom looked recently renovated, the shower had great pressure and the shampoo/conditioner/soap in the dispensers were top notch. It's a quick walk to the busy downtown part of the river walk. We also walked about a mile north along the less busy part of the river walk to the Pearl District. There are pretty sculptures and a few bars/restaurants to pop into along the way. A very pleasant walk.
Pro tip: If you want to save a ton of money on parking and don't mind a less than half mile walk, skip the hotel parking and park in the St. Mary's Street garage. We paid $10/night at the garage compared to $33/night self park $50ish/night valet at the hotel. You don't have in and out privileges to get the $10/night fee, so it's best for those that plan to not use their vehicle once they get to San Antonio.
The wifi was terrible in our room. My husband and I only ever were able to connect for like 5 minutes during our whole stay. I used my data while in the room for the entire trip. If you plan to do work, you may have to go into the common areas to connect to wifi. The wifi in the lobby/pool area was fine.
The pool area is small but good enough. The pool itself was in need of a good cleaning. There were plenty of questionable blobs floating around that cut our time short in the pool.

This hotel was just want we needed. The 2 Queen Premium room has a excellent patio to relax on.
The restaurant food was very good.
It is 1 mile from downtown so it was more peaceful here yet right on the Riverwalk. The hop on and off river shuttle is right on property and the hop on and off Trolley was 2 blocks away. We parked at hotel and used Trolley & river shuttle to get around.
The room, its view, and its proximity to entertainment venue was perfect. Staff was amazing…front desk, car handling, waitresses all of them! We cannot wait to go there again.

Very nice hotel. Amenities were great. There was a bar and restaurant in hotel that was open nightly. As much as we were there it was perfect. Easy to get to Lackland AFB.
The room had a musty smell. The floor sank down by the air conditioner next to the window. The room was not what was pictured and smaller than expected
