הנוף היה משגע,המלון היה ממש נעים. לא עמוס בכלל. מדהים שיש ירידה ישירה לחוף.החדר היה מרווח,שירות מעולה,אחלה ארוחת בוקר.
הבריכה היא בריכה מקורה ומרגישה ישנה.

המיקום הוא מצויין, הצוות, השירותיות והרצון לתת תחושה טובה וקבלת פנים מאוד גבוהה!
רמת החדרים - מאוד נמוך! הניקיון, איכות המיטות (כאב גב) אלו מזרנים שהיו צריכים להחליף כבר לפני שנים!
החדר עצמו לא היה מתוחזק - המקלחת עברה ניקוי אבל רואים שהיא לא מתוחזקת - ממש מאכזב הרמה של התחזוקה במלון על גבול המגעיל.
עניין החנייה הוא אירוע!!! כאשר אתה מזמין מסומן כי יש חניה בהזמנה אבל אז מסתבר שזה בתוספת 100 שקלים, בכדי להכנס לחניה צריך לעשות סיבוב עם עובד המלון מה שאומר (גם העובדים במלון אומרים) שאתה מחנה ולא יוצא עם הרכב. זה לא לעניין הספיר הזה - או שיש חנייה סבירה או שאין - ואם אין יש לציין זאת בהזמנה באתר שכאמור שם מצויין שיש חניה - עוד לא הגעתי למלון בארץ או בעולם שחניה הייתה כזה אירוע והמשמעויות שלו היו כאלו קשות - לא מקובל בכלל!!
בקיצור - מאכזב מאוד! מלון 4 כוכבים על חוף היום בת"א לא אמור להשאיר רושם כזה של חוסר נוחות - כאמור הצוות מאוד עוזר ותומך אבל המתקנים של המלון מאכזבים מאוד!!!
