Début très bon et la fin très décevant et pénible

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel précisément parce qu’il accepte les chiens. Pourtant, au moment de régler la note à la réception, en présence de mon épouse et de notre chien Urbain, on nous a réclamé 150 € supplémentaires au motif que nous n’avions pas signalé sa présence.
J’ai trouvé cette situation particulièrement décevante et injuste. Nous ne nous sommes jamais cachés : nous étions présents avec notre chien au moment du départ. La réceptionniste nous a expliqué que, si nous avions signalé sa présence dès notre arrivée, une autre chambre nous aurait été attribuée.
Cette manière de procéder nous a laissés avec un sentiment d’incompréhension et de mauvais traitement. Lorsqu’un établissement accepte les animaux, il serait souhaitable que ses conditions soient clairement communiquées aux clients avant leur séjour, plutôt que de découvrir une telle surprise au moment du départ.
Une expérience regrettable que nous ne souhaitons pas renouveler et qui ne nous incite pas à recommander cet établissement aux voyageurs accompagnés de leur chien.

Sauber und zweckmässig. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Angenehme Lobby mit Hotelbar.

Cons:

Fehlende Steckdosen bei Nachttischen, im Zeitalter, wo man gerne das Handy aufladen möchte.
