Sehr gutes Hotel in ruhiger Lage mit top Frühstück.
Pros:

Herausragend gutes Frühstück. Lademöglichkeit für E-Auto in der Hoteltiefgarage. Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr ruhige Lage. Hier kann man wirklich gut ein paar Nächte verbringen.

Dass es war, wie erwartet.

Cons:

Kenne das Hotel noch als "Renaissance-Hotel" vor 30 Jahren, seidem hat sich an der Ausstattung der Zimmer nichts gändert, das sieht man natürlich auch, keine moderne Dusche, nur Badewanne,
Großer Bildschirm aber schlecht einsehbar weil im 90 Grad Winkel zum Bett
Frühstück Standard, Omlett z.B. nur mit Aufpreis

-Aussicht von der Suite ist wirklich super
-Frühstücksbuffet ist der Wahnsinn!
-Service immer freundlich und hilfsbereit
-Shop ist genial
-Restaurant auch zu empfehlen

Cons:

- Leider leider ist die Ausstattung sehr in die Jahre gekommen und runtergerockt.
- ich fragte nach einem Schreibtischstuhl anstelle eines Sessels, den bekam ich auch, allerdings mit aufgerissenem Polster.
Entweder ist der Blick für Qualität überhaupt nicht mehr vorhanden, oder das Personal abgestumpft, weil es nur mit dem umgehen kann, was sie haben.

Für eine Nacht auszuhalten aber ich würde nicht wieder kommen oder für länger als eine Nacht buchen

Der Ausblick aus der 5. Etage und das Frühstück war gut

Cons:

Sehr veralteter Standard, verschmutzte Teppiche und Stühle in den Zimmern, schlechte Betten inkl. schlechter Kopfkissen, kaum Pflegeprodukte

Tolles Hotel in naturnaher Lage
Pros:

Hotel mit hervorragender Lage auf dem Schlossberg mit Nähe zum Küchwaldpark.
Das Zimmer, einschließlich Bad, hat eine tolle Ausstattung.
Das Frühstück hatte alles was das Herz begehrt.
Und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Danke für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.
