Your cleaners stole my new phone charger Apple & the reception lied and told me she would call me back after I had to calm 3 times .. the last call she promised to call me back but didn’t

Liked the room etc but experience tainted by failure to return my security deposit. Will not stay there again. Surprised

Good position - close to MCG

Cons:

Charged a $200 security deposit which has not been refunded to me after 10 days. This is very poor customer service and business practice for a hospitality business. Will now have to take legal action to recover my money.

Pros:

I still have not received my bond of 200 dollars and its been more than 7 days.

Cons:

The fact that a bond is held for over a week when all accommodations deposit bonds back in with 2 days.

Perfect stay - great for Epworth hospital patients
Pros:

Allowed for early check in and late check out - easy process. Perfect location next door to Epworth hospital. Nice and clean, all facilities provided.

great location to hospital
Pros:

grrat locstion to Epworth Hospital.
we stayed a week but experienced alot a traffic noise in the front units.
perhaps double glaze window or for long stay offer rear unit accommodation.

Expensive and sterile
Pros:

Location was okay but very noisey and we were on the 7th floor. Room was relatively clean but very small for price

Cons:

Room overlooked the back of the hospital - lots of noise from airconditioners and very bad outlook. No parking at property except for very expensive hospital parking. Rooms were small and bathroom tiny.
