Expensive and sterile
Pros:

Location was okay but very noisey and we were on the 7th floor. Room was relatively clean but very small for price

Cons:

Room overlooked the back of the hospital - lots of noise from airconditioners and very bad outlook. No parking at property except for very expensive hospital parking. Rooms were small and bathroom tiny.

Great place to stay in Richmond
Pros:

The apartments are in excellent location, short walk from West Richmond or Jolimont train stations. Nice clean room. Bed comfy. Great kitchen facility for 1-2 people

Pros:

Great location on Bridge Rd, Richmond. Neat and tidy. Modern. Wonderful staff on the reception.

Cons:

Sooo many things broken. We were initially put in a room with a broken window. Once put in another room, the coffee machine was broken, the window handle was broken, the door handle in the corridor was completely off, the ironing board was broken and the Cafe at the reception had no eggs, so could ONLY serve coffee. Sooooooo disappointing.

Convenient location to Rod Laver Arena and MCG
Pros:

Went for the Aust Open Tennis and so paid a premium but we enjoyed being able to walk home after the night games when the trams/taxis were packed with people. Great shower with good pressure! Nice decor and near some great cafes. Easy to jump on a tram straight into the CBD.

Cons:

Turned up and they had split my King Bed into two singles. I said I didn't request that as I was alone. No big deal but then wanted to charge me $20 (that is the charge for splitting the beds) and the receptionist seemed unsure if she could remove that charge. In the end, after appearing a bit lost, she asked someone else and she was able to remove the charge and fixed up the bed for me herself. No harm done but it was a bit strange that she wasn't empowered to just fix up their mistake smoothly without me having to say that I wasn't keen on paying the charge and could they put the bed back for me. I'm not one to complain but definitely a missed opportunity to impress. There was a bit of road noise outside my 2nd level room. My dad said his room was quieter, as it faced away from the street, but had zero outlook and felt a bit dark and depressing. It was fine as we were not in the room much. The towels were small and thin, feeling a bit cheap at this price point, but you can help yourself to as many as you like, which is nice.
