Pros:

Great location for visiting the Epworth in Richmond. Easy to access using the check-in instructions, and nice neat rooms. Very helpful and prompt customer service through booking.com messaging 😊

Lovely but some minor issues
Pros:

Very clean. Shower was lovely and powerful. Excellent location close to Epworth Richmond.

Cons:

Minimal space at the end of the bed. Cooking area too close to smoke alarm making it hard to cook without setting off alarms. Staff refuse to issue an invoice post stay until 1week post when they get their money from booking.com

IT WAS BETTER THAN I HAD EXPECTED, CLEAN CLOSE QUIET AND VERY NICE IRISH LADY AT RECEPTION.

NEXT DOOR TO EPPWORTH HOSPITAL.VERY CONVENIENT FOR HUSBANDS SURGERY.

Cons:

WATER WASN'T VERY HOT, LOCATION IS A LITTLE GRIM FOR DINNER AT NIGHT.

Great location.
Pros:

Location is fantastic when you have family at the Epworth hospital. Good food nearby.

Cons:

Very noisy - could easily hear outside road noise and people. Would like to have some milk in fridge.

Electr proof is a fail. All I submitted would have been enough to find me I'd the room was trashed.

Close to hospital

Cons:

The booking and id process was herendest nearly 2 hrs back and forth. Older people are not equipped to use mobile phones to upload proof etc.

Everything was easy. I never actually met anyone but I like the way your instructions were worded! It’s was fair and I thought it was a great space so did the best I could to make it easier on the cleaning staff.

Location. It was right next to the hospital. I was walking distance from everything I needed. And the space was nice. Had everything I needed
