フロントスタッフの対応は良かった

Cons:

宿泊人数分のタオルが用意されておらず、初日に連絡したか翌日以降もデフォルト数しかセットされていなかった。
相対的に施設機能に関する案内が無さすぎる（湯沸かし器の使い方、フロントデスクへの電話法など、一切掲示なし）

Security deposit not returned. Overpriced for what you get - but the shuttle service was excellent.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was quite dated and the shower was too low for me (6ft)

Cons:

The hotel hasn't returned my security deposit despite a month passing and me leaving the room as I found it. It's been impossible to contact/hear back from anyone.

The staff member at the front desk who checked me in also acted somewhat bizarrely. She spoke like a character from a Manga cartoon reading off a script - totally disingenuous and robotic.

The stay was very convenient due to its close proximity to the airport, which made everything much easier for us after our flight was canceled. We ended up staying for two days, and the experience was smooth and comfortable the entire time. The airport shuttle service was excellent—reliable, quick, and made transportation to and from the airport completely stress-free. Another big advantage was the location; it was also very close to SoFi Stadium, so we were able to easily get an Uber from the hotel and spend our extra time exploring the area. Overall, the convenience of the location and transportation options really made the unexpected extra stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

Cons:

The main thing we didn’t like was the stress and inconvenience caused by our flight being canceled, which is what led to us needing a last-minute two-night stay. While this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, it did create an unexpected situation that we had to adjust to quickly. At times, it felt a bit hectic dealing with rebooking plans and changing our travel schedule on short notice.
Other than that, there wasn’t much to complain about regarding the property itself. The hotel actually made things easier once we arrived, especially with the reliable shuttle service and convenient location, which helped reduce some of the stress from the travel disruption.

Pros:

Et virkelig pænt sted, vi kom sent og tog afsted næste morgen, så vi brugte ikke rigtig hotellet. Men førstehåndsindtryket var virkelig godt og personalet meget søde. Det lå tæt på lufthavnen, så vi kunne sagtens gå fra lufthavnen til hotellet
