Pros:

Beds were comfortable. Staff was lovely. The GM actually helped us bring our bags to our rooms as she saw we were struggling.

Cobros extra.

Al momento de retirarnos del establecimiento, se nos cobraron dos días de estacionamiento, a pesar de que solo utilizamos el servicio durante un día. Informé esta situación al personal, indicando claramente el uso real, pero aun así se procedió a cobrar por dos noches.

Adicionalmente, se nos volvieron a cobrar impuestos que ya habían sido previamente pagados a través de Booking.

Debido a la urgencia por tomar el shuttle al aeropuerto, no tuve la oportunidad de revisar detalladamente la factura en el momento. Sin embargo, durante el trayecto me comuniqué de inmediato con el hotel para informar lo ocurrido, sin obtener respuesta. Posteriormente, desde Booking me indicaron que se gestionaría el reembolso.

Hasta la fecha, he completado en tres ocasiones el formulario correspondiente para solicitar la devolución de este cobro indebido, sin recibir respuesta alguna.

Considero que toda esta situación se podría haber evitado si el personal de recepción hubiera atendido adecuadamente mis observaciones en el momento, en lugar de desestimarlas.

Séjour confortable pour un bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Chambre très propre et literie confortable. Personnel très aimable, big UP pour le personnel du restaurant présents au petit déj (FIRMIN et JORGE). On était pourtant juste à coté de l'aeroport mais ce n'était pas trop bruyant, je n'ai pas beaucoup entendu les avions.

Cons:

La salle de bain était un peu "passée". Elle était propre mais les installations étaient vieillottes. Et les vitres de ma chambre étaient tellement sales que je croyait que c'était du verre "fumé'.
