I ordets roomservice, and get it in a basket as it was from McDonalds!

Ein toller Aufenthalt
Pros:

Lage und Ausstattung haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Wenige Minuten bis zur Straßenbahn Haltestelle. Eine Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Sehr freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Jammern auf hohem Niveau: Eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer als Willkommensgruß wäre schön.

zimmer toll, Rezeption katastrophal

Tolles Zimmer

Cons:

Unglaublich viele Fehler bei Checkin, Wasserschaden und Rechnungserstellung. Ich habe Stunden verbracht weil das Personal ganz schlecht Deutsch versteht. Beispiel: Ich melde einen Wasserschaden am Waschtisch und es wird die Dusche gereinigt. Danach habe ich Videoacall und der Techniker stört ständig (kann er nix dafür, Problem war Rezeption). Obwohl meine 2 Buchungen (1 Tag plus 3 Tage mir schriftlich bestätigt wurden solle ich auschecken und wieder einchecken, danach war 2 Tage lang keine Rechnungserstellung möglich. Für Leute mit viel Zeit ok, für Businessleute ein NoGo

Alles andere können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir nur zum Schlafen bei Ihnen sind (unsere Kinder wohnen quasi um die Ecke).
