Very clean and comfortable, the ground-floor room lacked privacy and breakfast felt overpriced.

I had a really great experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything looked modern, well-maintained, and very inviting. The cleanliness was especially impressive, every area, from the room to the common spaces, was spotless and clearly well cared for.

One thing I absolutely loved was the hot water, it was consistently available and perfect after a long day, which made my stay even more comfortable and relaxing.

Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, pleasant, and reliable place to stay, and I would happily come back again!

Cons:

One thing I didn’t like was that my room was on the ground floor, which made it very exposed to people walking outside. I really value privacy, so this made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I generally don’t enjoy when hotels assign ground-floor rooms without considering this aspect.

Additionally, I found the prices to be quite high. In particular, the breakfast felt overpriced. Since I wasn’t able to include it through booking.com, the daily cost was around €25–35, which I’m not sure is worth it for what’s typically offered.

Cons:

Am Donnerstag wurde ja gestreikt. Ich war extra um 7.30 Uhr bei der Recéption und habe mitgeteilt, dass wir ein Taxi auf 8.30 Uhr benötigen da wir einen Termin in der Stadt haben. Die Dame meinte dies sei kein Problem, sie müsse nur den Knopf drücken, eine Vorreservation sei nicht nötig. Wir haben dann 20 min. gewartet!! bis endlich ein Taxi kam. Ich habe mich dann beschwert bei der Dame und sie lächelte nur.

Ich war schon mehrmals im Pullmann und würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind großzügig, vor allem wenn man Alleinreisende ist, bekommt man hier wirklich ein sehr großzügig geschnittenes Zimmer. Die Lage ist hervorragend, 5 Stationen mit der U6 zur Allianz-Arena, neben U-Bahn gibt es auch eine Tram in der Nähe. Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Das Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend.

Cons:

Dass man einen QR-Code scannen muss, damit das Zimmer gemacht wird.
Bei 2 Übernachtungen ist es sicherlich nicht immer erforderlich, dass das ganze Zimmer sauber gemacht werden muss. Aber z. B. das Leeren der Mülleimer wäre schon vorteilhaft.

Perfekt für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, U-Bahn Haltestelle Nordfriedhof ist in der Nähe und ein Bäcker und Supermarkt direkt am Gebäude

Cons:

Im ersten Zimmer offene Leitung der Lampe neben dem Bett, nach Reklamation bekamen wir ganz unkompliziert ein neues Zimmer. In beiden Zimmern war zu sehen dass länger keine gründliche Reinigung mehr erfolgte.

Pros:

la dotazione della stanza e l'ampiezza dei servizi offerti. La posizione centrale e molto ben collegata con i mezzi di trasporto pubblici. Inoltre, il letto era estremamente confortevole

Cons:

la stanza era al primo piano sopra l'ingresso del supermercato e in stanza si sentiva il rumore delle porte automatiche che si aprivano e chiudevano in continuazione. fortunatamente la notte il supermercato era chiuso.
