Cleanliness
6
Multiple guests reported unclean rooms, no daily servicing, missing toiletries and strong smoke/odor in some rooms; other reviews praise cleanliness but negative reports dominate.
Service
9.6
Generally praised: friendly and helpful staff, excellent service repeatedly mentioned; isolated issues at check-out and occasional communication clarity problems.
Location
9.8
Consistently highlighted as a major strength: central, excellent public-transport/U-Bahn access and close to attractions; many reviews explicitly praise location.
Room Quality
8.5
Many guests report spacious, modern rooms with balconies and comfortable beds; a minority mention renovation needs, odors or dated areas.
Amenities
7.5
Useful extras noted (free water in lobby/hall), but complaints about expensive garage and limited breakfast-room space reduce the score.
Value for Money
7
Mixed: several guests find the hotel expensive (breakfast and garage specifically), while others mention a good price-performance relationship.
Food and Beverage
6.5
Breakfast frequently criticized as bland, overpriced and served in a small/crowded space; a few guests liked the breakfast, but negatives are common.
Overall Experience
9.1
Majority of stays described as very positive or perfect (comfortable rooms, good service and location), despite specific issues with cleanliness and breakfast.

Toller Aufenthalt
Pros:

Zentral gelegen, immer frisches Wasser im Gang und Lobby gratis zur Verfügung

Cons:

Recht teuer, hing aber wahrscheinlich mit dem Oktoberfest zusammen.

Great stay, wonderful room, but subpar breakfast.
Pros:

Great rooms, comfy beds, nice staff. Calm surroundings and my room even had a balcony. Great desk to work at.

Cons:

Breakfast was subpar and fairly bland, and the breakfast room was very small and crowded. Had expected more from the price.

Pros:

Sosta a München
Pros:

Struttura accogliente. Ottima posizione vicino a U-Bahn.

Cons:

Check out complicato. Volevano farmi pagare 2 volte il garage. La signorina del check out sembrava abbastanza inesperta.
Prezzo del garage esageratamente alto.
