Important information:

Club Rooms and Suites offer access to the Club Lounge, located on the 23rd floor, and provide a daily breakfast and happy hour from Monday to Saturday.

Hospedagem incrível! Um verdadeiro paraíso para que vai com seu doguinho.
Pros:

É um prazer se hospedar neste hotel que além de tudo, é verdadeiramente Pet Friendly. Minha Cléo é super bem recebida ir todos. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, em um restaurante lindíssimo com muita luz natural, um buffet excelente, com muitas opções saudáveis e tb veganas( isso é muito legal). A academia é enorme e muuuuito bem equipada. Funciona 24hrs o que é perfeito tb.

I recently stayed at the Renaissance São Paulo Hotel and had mixed feelings about the experience.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city with easy access to shops, restaurants and Avenida Paulista. It’s definitely one of the hotel’s strongest points. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. A great way to start the day.

However, the room felt quite dated and had an unpleasant smell, almost as if the hotel had been closed for some time and not properly refreshed. For a hotel in this category, I expected a more modern and better-maintained environment.

I also visited the spa for a massage. While the treatment itself was fine, the jacuzzi area was very dirty, with hair visible and oil marks left from previous users. I literally stepped in, immediately stepped out, and informed the spa reception about the issue. This is simply not acceptable, especially for a hotel of this standard.

The reception team was friendly and polite, which I appreciated. However, overall the experience did not justify the high price they charge.

In summary, although the location and breakfast are excellent, I do not feel the stay offered good value for money.
