Pros:

The decor was so quirky, the breakfast delicious, the bedroom had most things one could want & the bed was extremely comfortable with lovely squidgy pillows.

Cons:

Not a lover of wooden sticks to stir my tea/coffee with! (& only 2 supplied!)I know you're trying to save the planet but it's not like you couldn't put a teaspoon, from the bedrooms, in the dishwasher that was already on with the restaurant cutlery!

Great stay for a couple of nights! Watch out for the £50 a night deposit
Pros:

The treehouse is in a great location, in the city centre and really easy to find. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Bar and restaurant staff are great as well. The room we stayed in was big and very quirky, bed was very comfy and shower was great too. Plus great view of the city.

Cons:

We stayed on the 9th floor and wasn’t told that their was maintenance on the floor above, which sound like a hovering helicopter (I’m guessing it was a cement mixer?) and woke us up every morning really early. This was both days but mentioned this and was told we could move rooms but since we was going to be out in the evening and away the next morning, we didn’t think it was worth the hassle. Handled very well but could have been informed before hand as I’m sure they knew work was being done in the hotel.

The £50 a night deposit charge is a bit much as well if you’re staying a few nights, so if you’ve only brought enough for the room and spends it’s a bit of a hit. It is mentioned in an email but it’s easily missed.

In the words of a 3 year old “I love this hotel, it makes me so so happy”
Pros:

The look, feel, smell, everything. The hotel and staff are fantastic. Such a quirky hotel, nothing like the modern sharp glass standard hotels. This hotel offers something different and honestly probably one of the best I’ve stayed at.

Cons:

The concrete ceilings take a little getting used too but it doesn’t take away from anything.
