Luxury & stunning service & room for a fraction of its sister hotels
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful, I’m a frequent stayer of 1 hotel and this was just like it, for a fraction of the cost

Have always loved Manchester and now I have a new hotel to love.
Pros:

Decor, vibe, room, bed, staff, price, location. Everything was just fantastic.
And they gave our little girl a gift as we left :-)
Couldn't recommend it any higher.

Cons:

Only thing that was slightly annoying was the barman turning on the aircon full blast because he wanted us to leave. Yeah, not gonna work mate! Also, and this is not their fault because they are not affiliated, but the parking directions are an absolute disaster. Other than that, amazing.

Had me raving about the quirkiness of it all .
Pros:

The quirkiness of it all .

Cons:

The first room was amazing so big but the view .. well there wasn’t one . So I asked if we could move and it was no problem at all .
Only down side the room was then smaller than the original room which was a bit disappointing.

Pros:

Gorgeous decor, super comfy bed, excellent central location
It was my girlfriend’s birthday and the staff went above and beyond to set up our room, drawing a cute birthday message on the blackboard and setting out a birthday brownie upon entry- this was very sweet and appreciated :)

Cons:

We didn’t realise room service doesn’t deliver after a certain time and ordered a couple of free things (extra tea bags/ ice) that never got delivered- maybe this could be communicated clearer to avoid confusion :)

Fantastic Hotel, in a great location with wonderful staff.

Facilities was excellent, Room was outstanding and the location was amazing

Cons:

A great stay at this original and charming hotel

Very good, would return.
Pros:

A really comfortable hotel with a quirky design. We had a bigger room with a sofa bed which gave us plenty of space. Nice that real milk was included to add to tea and coffee in the room. Staff were excellent and quickly gave us umbrellas when they saw us heading off into the wet.

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit small.

Enchanting, quirky and a great experience
Pros:

Amazing vibe, excellent attention to detail, quirky interior design, focus on nature , trees and sustainability appreciated

Cons:

The middle lift was temperamental with door not closing properly . One cup missing for tea as 3 in the room

Fantastic getaway, relaxing and quirky.
Pros:

So cool and comfy, loved the little touches like the pick and mix

Cons:

Bar drink prices were ridiculous and the door in front of the tv was unnecessary and got in the way when open
