Hübsches zentral gelegenes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtete Lobby und Zimmer, das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Personal war etwas unfreundlich. Wir haben inklusive Frühstück gebucht. Man hatte die Möglichkeit zum Frühstück ein warmes Essen und ein warmes Getränk à la carte zu bestellen, die Portionen waren jedoch nicht sonderlich groß. Weiteres Essen/Getränke wären kostenpflichtig. Unsere Kinder wollten gern eine heiße Schokolade, die auf der Karte enthalten war, allerdings hieß es, die gäbe es nicht. Man hatte das Gefühl, es soll nicht zu viel ohne Sonderzahlungen konsumiert werden.

Such great potential - let down by poor training

Cons:

Poor customer engagement. I actually booked and stayed from Saturday to Wednesday. I can see a lot of staff but I felt reception lacked any warmth or customer care. I leave with a bad feeling that I don't want to come back - when I asked for a late check out - they want to charge £30 because they are busy. Did £30 make them less busy or was it a strategy to make me go away. So I will go away and not recommend any one from my organisation to come here again

The people make it great
Pros:

The staff and location were actually amazing and a shout out the the yound lady that won employee of the year trip to LA, while I didn't get her name she clearly deserves and definitely earned that recognition

Cons:

The shower leaks and the toilet flush has quite a big splash back making the bathroom a little unsanitary

Loved the atmosphere, cleanliness, the pic & mix, the lemon water always available to drink.

Cons:
