المكيف لم يكن يبرد طلبت المساعدة كان ذلك بعد منتصف الليل ولم يكن فريق الصيانة متوفر واتى في الصباح وعمل تنظيف للفلتر ولم يبرد ايضاً اضطررت لعدم التجديد نظراً لمشكلة التكييف

Relaxing and Comfortable
Pros:

Check-In staff Kevi, welcomed us with a smile, and processed check-in smoothly. Overall the stay was very pleasant and relaxing.

Cons:

Shower was a bit slow (the hand one), breakfast did not have much of choices, was very limited.
