Pros:

The flat was exactly as the photos, clean and comfortable. The team was really nice and welcoming. The location only 15 minutes away from the old quarter and with a supermarket 3 minutes away. We recommend it 100% thank you very much!

Pros:

The location was perfect as we were walking distance to the Old Quarter but tucked away in a quieter location. We could walk to all of the sights and amazing street food and restaurants nearby. The room was great with lots of space and a kitchen we could use during our week long stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great experience at a convenient location with very helpful staff
Pros:

Very nice and well-maintained rooms. The staff was very helpful with our requests, and the receptionists were very accommodative. Location of the property is also very good.

Overall a great stay!
Pros:

The staff was very helpful with arranging transportation , looking into tours and dining recommendations.

Cons:

We did experience small flies in the room that resulted in bug bites. We felt this was due to housekeeping turning off the A/C when we were out of the room during the day.

Overall good stay
Pros:

Staff were very helpful. They assisted us with booking airport transportation and booking tours. Unfortunately the halong bay tour that we booked wasn't so great, so the hotel called them to have them pay for our airport transfer to help make up for it. Beds were comfy and the tools were spacious.

Cons:

Location was a bit further from old quarter than we anticipated.

Fantastisch, eine außergewöhnlich herzliche Erfahrung!
Pros:

Das Team vom Hotel war bezaubernd, herzlich und hat alle unsere Wünsche immer mit einem herzlichen Lächeln erfüllt. Wir waren von dort nach Cat Ba mit Bus und Fähre und dann mit Bus vor die Tür vom Hotel gefahren. Lin hat es für uns gebucht und sein Cousin in Cat Ba hat uns eine wunderbare Tagestour auf der Luxus Cruise gebucht. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!
In Hanoi konnten wir vom Hotel alles gut erreichen zu Fuß oder mit den sehr günstigen Taxis und Fahrrad Rikshas.Danke, liebes Hotelteam für den so besonders schönen Aufenthalt-Wir kommen wieder!

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms away from traffic noise and friendly. helpful staff
Pros:

First up was hard to find as the address is a Tattoo Parlour - the hotel is about 50 metres down the lane next to it so it is lovely and quiet. Staff were excellennt and very helpful in arranging a tour for us but could leave our big suitcase there which was very convenient.

Cons:

We went out for the day after our first night and came back mid-afternoon to rest but the room hadn't been made up. They came to do that when we were in bed resting, so more timely room maintenance would have been nice.
