A perfect base for Hanoi. Rooms have lots of space and are very comfortable.
Pros:

The best hotel I’ve had in Vietnam. The staff were exceptional. The rooms are large and clean. The beds are comfortable.

Pros:

I can fully recommend this place in Hanoi, as the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Lots of restaurants offering various cuisines for different budget nearby. The sleep quality was also quite good in the room, especially for something within walking distance of old quarter.

The reception staff were very attentive and helpful, especially Lee. They had actually upgraded my room to a bigger one without me asking, and without charging me extra. They helped me with a lot of things - from suggesting delightful restaurants for local cuisine to getting a local sim to money exchange. This helpful attitude really made a positive difference to my stay in the city.

Fijn verblijf met erg vriendelijk personeel, aanrader.
Pros:

Erg goede ligging, grote kamers en een goed en ruim bed. Dagelijks schone handdoeken. Erg vriendelijk personeel die veel goede tips geven. Goed meedenken en behulpzaam zijn om van alles te regelen voor je.

Cons:

Douchen moest in bad, er was geen aparte douche op onze kamer. De douche op zich was wel goed.

Central location, great staff, clean and good facilities
Pros:

This was a great choice. The room/ apartment was spacious and the facilities were great. Washing machine, microwave, hob, fridge etc. Clean and great house keeping staff. The reception staff was friendly and well informed. Appo (I hope I have the name right) at the reception made some suggestions like the museum of Ethnography which I might have missed otherwise. Leo was kind and helpful as well. I forget the name of the third person at the reception who was cheerful as well as helpful. It was the staff which made the stay so good. The location is close to the old quater and yet at a quieter place. Tucked in just a bit. The coffee place right opposite has the best espresso and croissants.

Der Rezeptionist hat englisch gesprochen und war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das zimmer war groß und geräumig, das Bad hatte eine japanische Toilette. Die Zimmer wurden gesäubert.

Çalışanlar gerçekten çok yardımsever. Odalar temiz ve uyumak için sessiz. Kesinlikle motosiklet gürültüsü yok, bu anlamda çok rahat. Merkez yürüyerek 10 dakika. Hemen karşıda bir süpermarket var ve yemek için çevrede bir çok restoran var.

Bon emplacement et calme
Pros:

Très bien placé au calme.
Personnel hyper sympa et aidant.
La chambre était spacieuse.
La literie très confortable.

Cons:

La salle de bain était assez vêtuste et mériterait quelques travaux de peinture.
La chambre donnait sur un mur à 1m de la fenêtre. J'avais bien vu les commentaires le mentionnant donc peu importe pour nous.
