Außergewöhnliche Lage

Cons:

Fahrt zur Stiefelburg nur über eine Straße und Umwege erreichbar, welche man maximal mit 20 kmh erreichen kann, da die Straße extrem geschädigt ist. Von Nauendorf oder Tonndorf kommt man nicht hin derzeit! Die Stiefelburg hat bis 20 Uhr geöffnet, auf dem Parkplatz gibt es wenig Beleuchtung in der Winterzeit. Ich glaube nicht, dass sich auch viele Urlauber dahin "verirren", auch wenn sie versuchen, eine andere gehobene Kullinarik zu bieten, welche sich im Preis aufschlägt... Meine persönliche Meinung wäre, gute Küche ohne Extras anbieten und eine bessere Führung insgesamt.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war toll. Kein Buffet, sondern Frühstücksportionen direkt am Tisch. Auf Nachfrage hätte man sicher auch "Nachschalg" erhalten. Für uns war die Menge aber ausreichend.

Cons:

Bevor man die Frühstücksportionen serviert könnte man durchaus die "Vorlieben" oder "Angewohnheiten" abfragen.
Wir waren 2x vegetarisch vor Ort, hatten dennoch Wurst auf dem Teller. Grundsätzlich stört uns das ja nicht, aber so wurde dieser Teil des Essens bestimmt entsorgt.

Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel liegt wunderschön im Wald. Sehr freundlicher Service und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gemütlich.
Das Restaurant hat eine super Küche. Alles sehr lecker.
