くつろげる広いお風呂と広いベッドで快適。
Pros:

大人一人が湯船に浸かるのにちょうどいい大きさのお風呂。
やっぱラブホテルでもあるので、ふつうの宿泊施設と比べるとアメニティが豊富で高級。
17時～翌日10時まで利用でこの値段は安い、お得。
歩いて5分以内のところにローソンとセイコーマートがあり、いつでも外出可なのも良い。

Cons:

建物が昔のものだから仕方ないのだけど、部屋全体がちょっと古い。お風呂もちょっと古い。駐車場はボロい、隠れ家みたいな雰囲気なので、それが好きじゃない人は合わない。このホテルのウケる年代幅は狭い気がする。
