Reception simply answers questions with a disinterested look. Provided bottles and extra blanket promptly. Rooms not soundproof to neighboring rooms and the busy street outside. Convenient to shophouses below. Door hard to open with no support from staff. No ramp for stroller. Window in room overlooks empty wall of the building outside. Comfortable air conditioning and clean room. Shower has no door but comfortable temperature controls. Comfortable bed and carpet floor

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. You don't have to worry about food options as there are various restaurants there.

luckily is only 1 night stay. The noise from the neighbors are unbearable.

The staff was not so helpful when shown the bookings. The systems seems to go by guest name rather than bookings.

Cannot shower at all. Water is cold.

Property was clean and quite worth the price. 4 stars because everything is pretty good and within expectations but not mind-blowing good.

Convenient because there are convenience stores across the road which are walkable. Did not drive but there is parking in front of the property and there was a guard to keep watch.

Location wise, it's a bit further from the touristy spots so do consider that. Otherwise, am quite satisfied with the stay and do think I will come again.

Most rooms have no windows. Overpriced for basic amenities. No cable. No laundry. No food. Only two small water bottles per room. Always had to request towels.

When I booked the hotel, we will surprise by the pricing and did not expect much. When I was in the property, The beds are clean, spacious with window. Great value for the amount i am paying. comes with two free mineral water.

Husband and I were both very pleased with the stay. Clean, spacious and well equipped. Carpark is right in front of the hotel and there is a security guard facing it. There is also a cute, stylish bar just beside the hotel concierge which we enjoyed very much. No need to drive out for food/drinks. Thank you for having us, Prestigo. Keep up the amazing work!

It’s nearby with City Centre, easy access to highway, tidiness in room was good, love the mattress it’s so comfortable.

The only thing good was that the staff was really trying when servicing us. Other than that, I think this was a bad experience. The heater made loud noises, the flush flushed for like 2mins straight & the whole night till morning there was so much noise from the hotel piping to people outside or whoever is doing some sort of construction. When we checked in our room key didn’t work and the safety latch of our door is not there, it either spoilt or has been remove which I don’t get why it is not fixed. By far worst experience in JB

Good , clean & comfortable. The only thing to improve is their wifi.

This is my second stay within 3 months. The staff very friendly, especially the Malay Girl at reception. Many restaurants near by, 15mins drive to IKEA
