The room is extremely small, and it is completely unclear why there is a sink in the main room when no water even runs from it. The fridge also does not work, and there is no stove, so the sink makes no sense at all and only takes up space.
In the bathroom, the sink is chipped, and the trash bin lid is broken and falling off.

But all of that is still minor.

My room was next to what I assume were the fire stairs. A constant draft came through, and half the night I watched the light behind that door turn on and off every 13 seconds.

I would have happily ignored that and slept, because the room itself is quiet if there are no neighbors. Unfortunately, mine were talking and laughing until 1 a.m. and appeared to be smoking in their room — my room and the hallway smelled strongly of cigarettes.

I knocked and asked them to stop making noise and not smoke, they told me they were not smoking. I aired out my room, but the smell kept coming back, so clearly someone was smoking again.

I went downstairs to the receptionist, and he wanted to come up to my room. In the elevator, he asked where I was from, and when I said Ukraine, he thought it appropriate to tell me that I “have a russian face” — an unexpected, offensive, highly inappropriate remark, and completely 100% off the mark.

In short, I was advised to open the fire door to ventilate the room and was promised that he would call the neighbor. They could not change my room because everything was booked. The neighbor was called, but as far as I understood, he did not answer. That was the end of the help.

Around 2 a.m. it seemed a courier delivered something to him. And again around 5 a.m. Only from 6 a.m. was I able to sleep for a few hours after and before sleepless travel nights.

Uns hat eine Nachttischlampe gefehlt. Das Zimmer war nicht mehr das neueste und einige Sachen waren schon sehr herabgekommen.

Beyaz güçlü ışıklar rahatsız etti biraz. Abajur ya da sarı spotlar seçeneği olsaydı çok daha iyi olurdu, bunu değerlendirmenizi çok iyi olur.
