Fantastic place honestly most interesting
Pros:

Everything. The staff, the room, the design, the close proximity to the metro and many other things like West Lake.

Cons:

Doesn’t provide robes for the room. That’s all everything else was superb

Enjoyable Stay
Pros:

工作人員友善又乐于助人。
房间干淨舒适，有天猫管家服务。
地点极好…就在南宋御街、河坊街旁边，吃喝玩乐都极方便且选择多，不少必比登推荐&米其林小店就在步行5-10分钟之内的距离。

Cons:

唯一的小缺点…洗衣&干衣虽是免費服务，但设备不足&机器本身的瑕疵而有些可惜了。

We had a wonderful stay at Lanshe Hotel in Hangzhou. The room was very spacious, beautifully designed, and had a very unique interior which gave the hotel a special boutique atmosphere and charm.
What impressed us most was the incredibly helpful reception team. They were always friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to assist us during our stay. They even helped organize a private car for us from Hangzhou to Suzhou, which made our trip much smoother and stress-free.
The hotel combines comfort, style, and excellent hospitality, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Hangzhou.

Great stay fabulous hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Location is great near 2 great areas and subway within 8-10min walk. Bus stop right outside to go to West lake. Room had kettle, water, toiletries and hairdryer. Its a smart room( not Alexa) but she didnt understand us. Had fun discovering light switches.

Cons:

Nothing to do with hotel but doing building work across road noise starts from 8am - on the plus side gets you up early.
