highly recommended
Pros:

Great location that not far from West Lake and close to the Line 1 subway entrance. It’s easy to find.
The room is pretty comfortable, with a smart toilet, a separate bathroom, and smart lighting control panel. The room service is nice, always provide bottle of water every time I come back.
The reception staff are professional and sweet, they make me feel at home.

Cons:

None! there was construction work going on across the street from the hotel during my stay it was not that bad, I always leave in the morning though, also the hotel notified me about it in advance that was very thoughtful of them.

A good stay in this stylish hotel
Pros:

The location is good, with easy access to sightseeing, food and transportation.
Staff is helpful and gives practical information. Response via Wechat is immediate.
Good variety of beverages at the reception area.

Cons:

There is only one washer and one dryer. Hence, there is frequently a queue to use these 2 amenities.
The handle on the toilet door is too close to the toilet frame. Our fingers got clamped a few times.

Good location as it is near all the shops and restaurants, The rooms are clean and the layout of the rooms is very practical and nostalgic like the older days in China.

Very lovely stay!
Pros:

This was probably the nicest hotel we stayed at during our trip in China. I would especially like to highlight the staff — everyone was incredibly kind and friendly. At the reception, you can enjoy complimentary tea or coffee, which was a nice touch.

The room was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped, with a lovely bathtub and a heated toilet. I also appreciate the hotel’s location — it is situated on a very charming street with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops.

Thank you very much for everything — we truly enjoyed our stay.

A warm and comfortable stay
Pros:

The receptionist and cleaners are all warm and friendly. The location is excellent, just one minute from Qinghefang and ten minutes' walk from the subway station

Pros:

Exceptionally helpful staff and only a few minutes' walk to the Hefang Street food.

Cons:

Labeling this property as wheelchair accessible is misleading. There is no secure permanent ramp, only a portable one which the staff has to carry out from the hotel and set up on-demand. Although the staff is very helpful, the narrow ramp's steep incline is a safety risk. Having to wait for the ramp to be set up is both demeaning and undignified for the guest.
