Cons:

On Booking it shows the check-out time as 12:30. We were packing our things when at 12:10 the hotel owner called to threaten that if we didn’t leave immediately we would have to pay for another day. We left in a hurry; he demanded that I show him the 12:30 check-out time on Booking, which I did, but he continued to insist in an arrogant and rude way that he was right. If he doesn’t know how to manage the hotel’s information on Booking, he shouldn’t have put it there. Disrespectful owner — avoid.

Espectacular hotel!
Pros:

La atención del personal, fueron muy atentos a todo, realmente hacen la diferencia con esos detalles. Saben como atender a la gente, cosa que no vimos en otros lados de Turquía. Muy bien todo el personal del hotel, el desayuno muy bueno y sin dudas volvería! Excelente relacion precio-calidad además. Todo lo que necesitas está a pasos tuyo.

Cons:

Al bañarte, estás en el mismo piso que todo el baño, y se moja todo inevitablemente. Pero podés usar una toalla y secar, tampoco es tanto problema! Todo espectacular!

Very good hotel for the price. The rooms were clean, breakfast was great, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, very close to the center of Kusadasi and all the main attractions. Highly recommended!🥰🥰

Good value choice!
Pros:

Good location, every little shops you can easily reach within 2 mins. Not far from the seaside even by walking. Very polite and kind service i received here. I love that Every room has balcony.

Cons:

Hot water temperature unstable, but not a really big deal.

Hotel muy bien ubicado con excelente atención del personal

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y cuenta con un desayuno que se sirve al aire libre, muy completo y agradable.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero coinciden con lo que se muestra en las fotografías, por lo que cumple con lo esperado.

Lo que más destacamos es la amabilidad del personal, siempre muy atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Cuando necesitábamos algo, respondieron rápidamente e incluso nos recomendaron dónde ir para organizar nuestra excursión a Éfeso.

En general, una estadía práctica y cómoda, ideal para visitar la zona.
