The location of the property is just on the highway. The rooms are big and well organised and maintained as per the sarovar standards. The food at the restaurant is also very good. I went with my family and it was a pleasant stay. The property has ample parking space. The hotel entrance lobby, reception and the lobby on the ground floor besides the room is very appealing. Highly recommended.

Awesome staff and hospitality. We reached pretty early as per schedule. They did not have rooms available, on our request they made arrangements for us to freshen up. During each meal, the staff was really courteous
Very good food, and excellent service by Aparna, we ordered ala carte on day 1 and took buffet on day 2. The support staff was kind to get icecream outside of menu for my young kid.
Sarovar experience for a family was too good. The rooms are expansive. Majestic space. Clean healthy and tasty food. Ambience is excellent. Room service and house keepers are good in behaviour.
The hotel and reception staff were very good. Room and bathroom were spacious and neat clean. No odour and with all toiletries. Bed was so so and the play area made my kid happy. The swimming pool was also good. The hotel was very near to the main somnath temple.
The hotel may look decent from the outside, but the actual experience was extremely disappointing and poorly managed, especially for senior citizens.
My parents, both elderly, stayed here as part of a group of around 20–25 couples, most of whom were 60+ years old. Despite this, there was no concierge or bellman service available. Senior citizens were forced to carry their own luggage, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this category.
Breakfast arrangements were equally poor. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30 AM, but it was delayed until almost 8:00 AM, causing inconvenience to the entire group who had planned their day accordingly.
What made the experience worse was the hotel manager’s behaviour. He was extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Instead of assisting guests, he was seen laughing, mocking, and teasing senior citizens, and repeatedly telling everyone to “do things themselves”. This kind of behaviour towards elderly guests is shocking and completely against basic hospitality ethics.
The hotel clearly lacks proper facilities, trained staff, and management sensitivity to handle group bookings or senior citizens. Hospitality is not just about how a place looks, but how guests are treated—and this property fails badly on that front.
Strongly not recommended, especially for families with elderly members or group travelers.

It was nice mr raees manager was god he tried to decorate the room n gave one room little bit and good in nature even restaurant staff was good mr Saket make sure for my birthday cake I get of my choice and chef also made good food all were helping nice just if they renovate washroom it will be more good nice people
