Vista Encantada Resort & Spa Residences, A La Carte All Inclusive Optional

Had a great time at Vista as usual. The sky Gym has always been one of the highlights of the trip. The pool and gym staff have always been excellent. Shoutout to Cesar for running us through some solid workouts!!

Get set up with Selma! She will plan all the dinners and excursions for you and your family. She is so great always making sure our family is taken care of and having things ready for us! You will not be disappointed. Having breakfast where everyone knows your name! Starting our day at The Mestizo was the way to go. Daniel de Mestizo and Ernesto were excellent servers all week! Very welcoming and always happy to see our family. Great place for couples or families!

Isabelle and Martin are the servers on the roof- they are marvelous!! Beyond accommodating! Isabelle remembered my name after one day!

We absolutely love Vista Encantada!!! We have visited several times and already can’t wait to go back! Elder took the best care of us. He made our dinner reservations prior to arrival for us and sent us daily updates as to which restaurants were closed or open. He also made sure our room was ready when we arrived at noon and we were at the pool shortly after the day of check-in! He made the experience incredible and highly recommend!

Disappointed, it was our 4th time to this resort. Rooms have aged dramatically from lack of care. The repairs are so poorly done, paint on the floors and walls, shower metal is rusty and over painted that there are lumps and bumps. Rooms were dirty no other words to describe. Bedding is pilled and pillows were so lumpy we couldn’t use them. This resort is only 7 years old, but it feels like 20.

This resort used to be 5star but I’m afraid it now is a 3 at best.

Be aware also that the Four-seasons is building right beside Vista, the noise and the view was disappointing.

Management tried to accommodate but all the units face the same direction. They brought in cleaning but there is only so much they can do with a unit that was in poor condition.

Gustavo, Mario and Jose work very hard to keep drinks flowing and all guest satisfied! Mia our butler will lose sleep while not at work to answer questions or resolve minor issues to keep us guest completely satisfied! Rick on Vista Hacienda Encantada!

Elsa was excellent for massages at the spa. Would highly recommend her. She was attentive, skilled and pressure was great. The view from the waiting room was breath taking.

The resort is absolutely beautiful! All of the workers do an amazing job at cleaning, service and creating a positive atmosphere. The rooms are stylish with thermostats in each room for individual comfort. There are plenty of pools and restaurants on the resort to keep you entertained. The all inclusive is worth its value 100%. The week we were there construction made it noisy at times but still a very enjoyable experience. Also, the resort is a short drive from the marina which has plenty more experiences to offer. Selma was our hostess and she was the best, always helping us with planning our day and solving problems like transportation with ease! Thanks again Selma!

Gustavo is the best bartender!!! His attention for detail to the customers is amazing. He is friendly and takes great care of his consumers!

Lobby bar with Gustavo was amazing. Great presentation and a good talk. Very knowledgeable of different drinks and events.

Ernesto was great! He made sure our experience was catered to what we wanted and was fun, engaging and truly such a genuine person. We will definitely be back!

We have been visiting the Hacienda Encantada family of Resorts for 18 years now. This trip was no different than the others, perfect weather, perfect resort, perfect staff, with perfect amenities. I already look forward to next years trip. Thank you Manuel Salgado, Elder Periban, & Jorge for making it that perfect!!!

Working out at SKY Gym feels like a dream come true! The trainers, especially Cesár, are incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with any fitness needs you may have. They’re kind and attentive to all your requests.

After your workout, reward yourself with a dip in the hot tub or pool.

This was our second stay. We stayed with our adult daughter and her fiancé. They put us in Villa Encantada and the room is one of the nicest layouts we have had anywhere. The two bedrooms are separated by the living room and kitchen. Both bathrooms are fantastic. The best part of the room is the balcony which is huge with 4 lounges, a table with 4 chairs and a grill that was spotless. There was daily construction noise as the Four Seasons is building a unit right between our room and the ocean. We have really enjoyed staying here a few times but will not go back to this building as the view will be much worse in the future. The pools are great as are the grounds. We used the nice gym and the pickleball courts. I also did the chip and putt course. If we came back we would stay on the Hacienda Encantada side due to the concerns over the impact of the Four Seasons.

Construction NOISE and we were not told in advance. The construction is from 7am to 6pm 6 days a week!! and 50ft from our unit. AVOID this building for the next year!!

We did the tequila tasting with Moises and it was fantastic! He taught us so much about the flavor profiles and how you pair your tequila with various fruits. 10/10 would try again

This tequila tasting was very good. The tequila pairings along with a knowledgeable host made for a great afternoon treat.
