Excellent hôtel, nombreux services!
Pros:

Très bonne localisation pour une halte entre Great Smocky Mountain et Nashville. Chambre propre et spacieuse, espace cuisine avec grand frigo, piscine intérieure. Machine à laver et sèche linge à disposition et GRATUIT, ce qui est TRES rare!

Cons:

Le paiement devait se faire sur place mais il a été débité le matin même. La piscine intérieure n'était pas chauffée.

Breakfast is a biggie. I know Hotels have a tight budget and it's a problem when non guests crash it

What Breakfast? That was disappointing, but I just assume there was a breakfast. They did supply 24/7 coffee.

Cons:

Not everyone can't operate a smart TV. I do like to watch news, from various perspectives, but mostly conservative channels like Fox News which wasn't on the menu or hidden so well it was hard to see or just run thru the channels. They did have 2 Fox channels, but these were local tv affiliates that didn't carry 24/7 Fox news. Personally, I think most corporations have TDS to be in company with the many Americans that hate TRUMP 7 days a week including Sunday. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. We reserved about 10 days for our trip to attend to a court case. We had planned to stay 2 nights. If we liked the hotel we would havebreakfasy is a big stayed an extra night, but we decided to go elsewhere.

We really loved this place. All of the staff were exceptional, and very nice. We loved the fact it had an indoor pool ,

It was wonderful.everything about the stay was great.

Cons:

I had clicked to pay upon arrival nd they tried to run my card early that day(before I got to hotel) and I hadn't put the money in bank yet so they canceled my booking and I ended up having to pay more. When it said pay at hotel I assumed that meant I would pay when I go.there.

Cons:

The place was over booked and my family of 5 had to share one king bed. Insane! Then was told we probably wouldn’t be refunded due to booking.com over booking them. I reserved my room in advance and it was given away

Good, except for not being able to access the hotel's internet service.

During my 3-day stay, we were never able to access the internet. The gentleman at the desk tried, but our server apparently could not connect to the hotel's system. This was a huge inconvenience for me, so I doubt I will ever stay at Candlewood again. I have stayed at Candlewood numerous times over the past two years, but this was the first time I could not access the internet. The gentleman at the desk tried to assist me but was unsuccessful. Again, having stayed at Candlewood of Cookeville in the past, I used the same computer and had no internet service for the 3-day stay. For this reason, we will not stay at Candlewood of Cookeville again.
