Pros:

Páčilo sa mi ako bol prerobený hotel. Čistota izby bola dodržaná no nie nadštandardná. Páčil sa mi výber raňajok.

Cons:

Nepáčilo sa mi prístup recepčných pri úvode, kde ma nevedeli usmerniť s parkovaním. Parkovanie bolo platené počas pobytu, preto by som čakal lepšie usmernenie. Otrasné správanie som zažil aj pri raňajkách, keď som prišiel ako prvý na raňajky a nedostal som ani úsmev a ani želanie dobrého rána, aj keď som to spravil ako prvý.
Kúpeľňa na mojej izbe bola v katastrofálnom stave, keď som sa sprchoval všetka voda vytiekla na podlahu, kvôli chýbajúcemu tesneniu na dverách. Steny boli popraskané a na niektorých miestach bol prach.
Neodporúčam hotel. Vysoká cena a v mojom prípade som si musel vynútiť službu.

Ochotny personal, vyborne ranajky. Za tu cenu je standart na nizkej urovni, izba je mala a internet velmi pomaly, alebo vobec nefunguje

Cena neodpovídá ubytování ve 4 hvězdičkovém hotelu
Cons:

Spatne -nedoplnování jídla při snídani a ani při bufetových večeří ,malá nabídka ve 4 hvězdičkovém hotelu. Koupelny na pokojích ,kde se zastavil čas - vše ve spatném technickém stavu.
Velmi neprofesiální wellnes centrum- jedna obsluha na všechny procedury a zároven masér ,který odbíhá od masáží, žádné soukromí při masáži, vybíráni peněz dopředu před procedúrama bez dokladu. Vířivá vana ve velmi žalostném stavu.

Le confort de la chambre, le petit déjeuner, le personnel du restaurant

Cons:

Le personnel du wellness center pas super agréable. La piscine tiède, le temps limité d'accès au jaccuzi alors qu'il faut déjà payer un supplément pour y avoir droit.
L'état général du wellness center et de la piscine.
