Place to relax
Pros:

Excellent place to relax,comfortable and clean rooms,breakfast is delicious,very kind stuff,administrator Keti is very very lovely and kind,director is also a good person,service is excellent,and Kent restaurant is good too,it's on the beach,food is delicious and there you can enjoy good music and beautiful seaview.Thank you very much

Don't book standard room there
Pros:

Initially we booked a standard room in the hotel. What we found out after first night made us to pay and upgrade to higher class room.

The windows of all standard rooms are small and looks to either a road or a pool of a neighboor hotel Saba. The hotel is located near the restaurant with loud music (live armenian rogue songs) . From all standard rooms sounds is quite loud. The hotel can not do anything about it because in Georgia people officially respect silence only after 00:00 am. Also the room where we stayed during the first night does not ventilate well (it seems only rooms that look at the sea catch the wind) and it smelled dampness.

Upgraded room was great with windiws looking at the sea and hotel's pool.

However overall experience is mediocre. Maybe because I had better experience at guesthouses around Georgia. Maybe it was not a great idea to book a hotel afterall as you can not see hospitality as you see it at guesthouses.

Serving ladies at the bar were very nice. The lady at the reception was trying to be nice too. However, the fact that the hotel sells place at bad quality standard rooms disappoints (actually they do not accept that there is anything wrong with loud music and wet smell that resembels fungus smell at standard rooms). We stayed in this hotel only not to lose time looking for another hotel and moving our stuff.

Nice clean rooms and nice beach
Pros:

The hotel is located in the northernmost tip of Kobuleti. Kobuleti boasts a 5 kilometer long pebble beach which is much wider and better accessible than in Batumi. Distance from the city center may be a little disadvantegous but "marshrutkas" going to city center are frequent and cheap (0,5 GEL per ride). Taxi costs 8-10 GEL. There are 3 small shops and a bakery neraby.

To get from the hotel to the beach takes about 2 minutes walk because the building is in the second row of buildings when viewed from the beach. The hotel has 3 floors, its quite new and modern. Rooms are spacious, very clean, have a balcony, fridge, TV, AC, shower and safe. Amenities include shower gel and shampoo. It seemed the rooms were furnished predominantly with Chinese products and materials. There is also a small pool and a kids corner on the groundfloor.

Staff are nice and helpful. In the reception they speak fluent English and Russian, in the restaurant Russian only. It seemed the hotel did not have much experience in managing the restaurant but the breakfast was OK.

A 4-bed room cost appr. 70EUR per night but the season was still about to begin. Wi-Fi is free. I think the hotel is very nice especially in comparison with other accommodation establishments in Georgia.

price is to big for qality
Pros:

wee spend two nights in this hotel. I thing price are too big for this quality. Breakfast was poor, with no buffet. Wee do not get breakfast last morning, then we had an early departure. Also, big noise from street.
Then wee stay in hotel, weather was bad ,so we expect to swim in pool, but water was so cold...
Service was really good, always with smile.

Comfort and generosity
Pros:

Service is very good, aiming to fulfill each and every will of the guest, georgian hospitality. The room was brand new, clean and very nicely decorated. Location convenient, sea view. Silent and spacious. we received an upgraded room. In 5 min walk by the sea shore, there were plenty of restorants, bars, etc. Going by the street there were lots of small shops. I will certainly return t this place.
