Det er et hotel men kan anbefale. Hvis men ikke tænker for meget morgenmad, der er ikke morgenmad. Det passer mig fint

Pros:

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Levni Plus Hotel sehr zufrieden. Besonders möchten wir uns bei Hanifi Bey für seine Aufmerksamkeit und Gastfreundschaft bedanken. Er war immer hilfsbereit und hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert.
Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr sauber, die Zimmer wurden regelmäßig und sorgfältig gereinigt. Das war uns sehr wichtig und ist wirklich positiv aufgefallen.
Außerdem waren wir zwei Frauen und haben uns jederzeit sehr sicher gefühlt. Hanifi Bey hat auch in dieser Hinsicht sehr gut auf uns geachtet und alles dafür getan, dass wir uns wohlfühlen.
Wir können das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Worthwhile to visit again!
Pros:

The service and location was perfect. Hanifi gave us perfect recommendations around the area and places/restaurants to visit, he even booked us a reservation for a sunset tour! The hospitality and sincerity was really appreciated and we will definitely visit again in the future!

Tolles Hotel in Sirkeci mit perfekter Lage, freundlichem Personal und sauberen Zimmern. Ideal für einen Städtetrip nach
Pros:

Das Hotel hat insgesamt einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Besonders die Lage ist unschlagbar sowie die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist hervorragend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und auch bei Fragen oder Anliegen wurde schnell reagiert. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Besonders positiv fiel die tägliche Reinigung auf.

Insgesamt ist das Hotel eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine zentrale Unterkunft in Istanbul suchen und Wert auf ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis legen.

Geweldig!
Pros:

De kamer was heel netjes en op een perfecte locatie. Alles was makkelijk te bereiken. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam. Ze hebben ons met alles geholpen. Verder was alles op en top. Zeker een aanraader!

Es war unheimlich warm im Zimmer, die Temperatur konnte nicht runter gestellt werden. Haben mit den offenem Fenster geschlafe, das war okay.

Cons:

Faptul ca aveam rezervare la hotelul Levni Plus și conducerea hotelului ne-a cazat la hotel Levni Spa. Condițiile au fost bune dar nu este deloc normal să fim cazați în alt hotel decât cel rezervat.

Locatie was top, je was binnen enkele minuten bij SultanAhmet, Hagia Sophia, sirkeci, eminönü

Teleurstellende ervaring – geen service en slechte hygiëne

Wij kwamen met ons gezin aan bij het hotel, maar er was niemand bij de receptie. We hebben zeker een kwartier buiten moeten wachten voordat er iemand kwam om de deur open te doen. De persoon die uiteindelijk verscheen, kwam met allerlei smoesjes in plaats van gewoon excuses aan te bieden.

Tijdens ons verblijf was er geen ontbijt beschikbaar en er kwam niemand naar ons toe om te vragen hoe ons verblijf was. Het personeel was erg afstandelijk en onpersoonlijk. Er stond vrijwel nooit iemand bij de receptie; voor alles moest je bellen, wat erg onhandig was.

De kamers zagen er op het eerste gezicht luxe uit, maar waren absoluut niet schoon. Er lag stof overal, en er lag zelfs een haartje op mijn bed toen we aankwamen. De wasbak werd niet schoongemaakt nadat hij vies was geworden. De housekeeping vroeg voortdurend of hij iets moest schoonmaken, maar onze kamer werd uiteindelijk helemaal niet schoongemaakt, ondanks dat ik het bordje “Maak schoon” had opgehangen.

Al met al een erg teleurstellende ervaring. Er is duidelijk weinig aandacht voor hygiëne en gastvrijheid. Geen aanrader, zeker niet voor gezinnen die service en netheid belangrijk vinden.

النظافه وديكور الغرف ممتازين
الموظفين اكثر من رائعين وخدومين جداً وبشوشين
سمحوا لنا ترك الامتعه بالغرفه بعد المغادره والعوده مساءً لاستلامها للسفر
