Room was cold, even with thermostat set at 74. Could be that concrete walls hold the cold?

Cons:

Booking was cancelled as a no show when my flight was delayed 24h despite contacting the property through booking.com to let them know I would arrive a day late. My stay was refunded however it took a lot of time in the phone to arrange this and meant I had to find accommodation at short notice on marathon weekend.

Pros:

Good location in the downtown. Nice and clean room

Cons:

I was charged 20 dollars after leaving with no reasons/explanations. You need to pay a fee if you want a fridge in the room.

We had a very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Good staff, convenient location, clean property.

Cons:

All the information we had said there was a $100 room deposit on arrival. After I got home, checked my cc and called it turns out the deposit was $100 a day.

Pros:

スタッフがとても親切でフレンドリーだった。
早めに着いたがすぐチェックインでき部屋に入れて助かった。
目の前にTrader Joe'sがあるので部屋に冷蔵庫はなくてもコンビニ代わりに使えて便利だった。
清掃は毎日ではないものの、タオルの日数分はしてもらえるので気にならなかった。
USバンクスタジアムに近いのでNFL試合観戦に便利だった。

Cons:

シャワーの水圧が弱めだった(日本人は風呂やシャワーにこだわるのでその他の国籍の人は気にならないかもしれない)
