Pros:

The two rooms we reserved for ourselves were plagued with cockroaches throughout the interior and bathroom. The bed linen was of poor quality, particularly the towels (which were of a dirty white color). The air conditioning was experiencing issues with leakage.

It could have been perfect if it was close to the airport. The hotel was a little dated but clean. Walking distance to Calle crisologo.

Worst Hotel in Vigan City
Pros:

The bathrooms stink, the aircons don’t work. And worst of all the General Manager — Vickie Aurellado has very poor customer service.
She even told the other hotel which accommodates us because she cannot repair the aircon and the bathroom to overcharge us so she can get money for snacks. Very bad experience. Beware of this hotel!
