Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room exceeded my expectations and will strongly consider staying here again, when i come back to Kyoto.

駅から離れた立地はマイナスですが、総合的には十分満足です。
当初子供の朝食が含まれていないと言われましたが、状況説明すると柔軟に対応してくれました。その朝食ビュッフェも美味しかったです!

Very average hotel
Pros:

Very average hotel a bit away from everything. We didn’t know we had breakfast with the room but turned out they could cater plantbased food quite okay (vegetables, silken tofu, rice, potatoes and some gnarly canned fruit). The staff wasn’t very welcoming though. And the hotel didn’t feel like much. But the room was spacious and comfortable.

Pros:

Hotellet var helt klart över förväntan. Läget är toppen om man inte är rädd för att använda bussystemet i Kyoto. 4st huvudbusslinjer (citybuss) har stationer inom 50-300m avstånd och tar dig enkelt dit du vill i hela staden inom 5-30min

Vi stannade (familj om 4) i 10 dagar och kommer definitivt att använda detta hotell igen om vi åker tillbaka till Kyoto.

Sijainti ei ollut kovin hyvä, vieressä ei ole juuri ravintoloita eikä ruokakauppojakaan. Bussipysäkkejä löytyy parikin, mutta bussit olivat vaihtelevasti myöhässä. Onsenin vesi oli niin kuumaa, ettei siellä tehnyt mieli viettää aikaa. Samoin aamupala oli aika mitätön.

We had a pleasant stay at Urban Hotel Kyoto Gojo Premium! One of the highlights was a delicious ramen restaurant just steps away from the hotel — a great spot to end the day with a comforting meal.

The staff was very kind and attentive throughout our stay, and the breakfast buffet was tasty and well-prepared, with both Japanese and Western options.

The room itself was modern and clean, but it felt a bit tight for a couple traveling with two young children. While it worked for a short stay, it was a bit of a squeeze with luggage and baby gear.

The hotel is not far from central Kyoto, but if we were to stay in Kyoto again, we would likely look for a place closer to Kyoto Station to make transportation and sightseeing more convenient.

Still, a very solid option with great service and a good value!

Pros:

L'hôtel était très beau et très propre. Le personnel de l'accueil est gentil. Juste deux petits bémols : chambre beaucoup trop petite (impossible d'ouvrir les valises au sol) et aucun choix en petit déjeuner sucré. C'est difficile quand on ne peut manger qu'un petit croissant tous les matins. C'est un peu dommage.
