The staff and cleanliness
The flashing bright light from the smoke detector
Very clean environment...the beds and pillows...I sleep very comfortably...Breakfast time was longer than other hotels...I loved they had Dove Products which smelt very nice...The lady that attended me we very sweet I really wish I got her name...my daughter kept talking to her and she is 5years old and autistic and has ADHD...and the lady was very understanding...If in the area I will definitely book here at this hotel...there was only 1 thing they didn't have which was a microwave in the rooms...but as long as I had access to the one on the bottom I was good...Coffee and tea area was great...
No microwave in room but I did have access to the one in the food area...
Staff was friendly and helpful. The whole place felt put together, mostly updated and fairly clean. Plenty of parking and it was easy to get to food, gas, etc. nearby. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate and breakfast.
Some areas were dirty or worn. The breakfast was small and the breakfast space in the lobby is a little awkward. The access road comes right off the interstate, which can be intimidating to turn in the middle of speeding traffic.
Convenience for pets, large dog park, bed comfortable, front of hotel very nice and welcoming
Poor construction of the bathroom. No pressure to the water, construction not good. Faucet to the sink in the bathroom sit too far back and when you washed your hands the water went onto the counter and back splash. With that being said, the back splash had separated from the wall. There was no microwave in the rooms. Shower insert was miscut for the shower head and there was a hole left in the shower.
Clean and convenient.. spacious room. Staff was very friendly.
