고속열차를 탈 수 있는 장사남역과 가까웠음. 조식 먹을만 함. 이런저런 할인을 받음. 직원들이 젊고 열정적임.

Cons:

Pros:

Room had really good facilities. Showers and bed were all comfy and of quality. There was even a tea corner as well. There was breakfast provided as well and the spread was really extensive.

Cons:

Had to make payment by 6pm in order to secure a room. Hotel called us but we didn't have a china number so our room was given up. Thankfully there was a family room available for the 4 of us. Would recommend them to improve their method of booking and payment.

Pros:

The room is clean and modern. The staffs are helpful although they cannot speak English. The location is not too far to the train station (although it will be better to book a didi if you have luggages)

Cons:

Subway station is a bit of walk and the street is a bit dark at night.

Pros:

Very convenient location for what we needed, which was just a night sleep between two trains.
Comfortable room.

The staff knows absolutely no English, it was difficult to understand each other. They almost seemed annoyed to have guests. Weird

New and modern hotel near Changsha South Railway station.
Pros:

Very clean, spacious and new. Located close to Changsha South railway station. Breakfast selection was good.

Cons:

Located quite far from town. Nearest train station was about 10-15mins walk.

Great option if you don’t mind not staying in the CBD
Pros:

Location: The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the Changsha South Railway Station (very convenient for those travelling via bullet train) and 5-10 minute walk from the Duhua Road metro station (easy to get downtown to Wuyi Square and the main attractions). There are convenience stores and eateries on the street level of the building.

Facilities and staff: The front desk staff were professional, helpful and provided an excellent customer service experience. Decent breakfast options provided if purchased (standard western fare, wider assortment of Asian dishes) and the room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Hailing a cab/booking a Didi to Changsha South Railway Station can get tricky due to the low fare, but you can ask the front desk staff for assistance.

當初預訂這間酒店是套房！會有兩張雙人床給我們三個人住、去到取房時服務員話我的套房只得一張床！令我好驚訝！三個人唔知點瞓！跟服務員交鋒左一段時間！到最後都給我們多一間房間！其實到最後我都唔知問題出喺酒店呀定抑係購買站啦？
