表彰式があったから泊まりました。
Pros:

農業コンクールの表彰式で天草から高齢の父母が来る為休憩場所にも使いたいと連泊でお願いしたら、エレベーターから一番近くソファもついてる部屋にして下さった。父母も家族だけでゆっくりできて喜んでいました。

Cons:

ランチとして食べるものが少ない。デザートのほうが充実してた。朝のだご汁がとても美味しかったが、2日目、8時過ぎに行ったら、だごがなかった。
シャワーの水圧が弱い。

充実度が高く、満足でした。
Pros:

冬季宿泊に伴う暖房器具（エアコンの利用が欠かせない。）使用のため室内乾燥が懸念であったが、加湿機能付き空気清浄機が室内に装備されていたため、保湿された空間で快適に過ごすことができた。加えて、クロスのシミ及び水回りの食器類等まで清潔に保たれた環境への配慮が伺え、満足のいく宿泊となったことに感謝申し上げます。

Cons:

強いて言えば、アメニティーの充実（Ｔ字髭剃り等）を図る企画として、フロント周りから任意で部屋に持ち込めるサービスの提供があってもいいものかと思料します。

寝るだけと割り切ればコスパの良いホテル
Pros:

熊本県庁の目の前と立地が良く分かりやすかったです。
車で伺いましたがホテルの駐車場が広く 、料金も1泊700円と許容範囲でした。
部屋は値段相応ですが、寝るだけと割り切ってしまえば大きな不満はありませんでした。
朝食のバイキングは和も洋もそれなりに種類があり、個人的には満足でした。

Cons:

浴室の換気扇が壊れているのか、一度お風呂に入ると湿気が朝まで抜けませんでした。そのためか、一見綺麗な浴室もよく見ると扉のゴムパッキンはカビだらけだったのが少し気になりました。
浴室はデザイン重視なのか、見栄えはいいのですが洗面台に物を置くスペースがほぼなく、タオルや着替えをどこに置くか…となりました。
一人で宿泊する分には問題無いと思いますが、着替えを浴室に持ち込む必要がある場合は悩ましいと思います。
またシャンプー棚のせいか標準体型の私でも少し浴槽が手狭に感じました。

1番困ったのはコンセントの位置です。
セミダブルだったためか、コンセントが机の一口しか無く、ベッドでスマホを充電しながら使う場合は長い充電ケーブルか延長コードの持参が前提ですし、二人の場合は電気スタンドを抜かないと同時に充電できなかった為、可能であれば改善してほしいです。

会議会場に近かったのが一番。
Pros:

チェックアウトの際に清掃スタッフとすれ違ったが気持ちに良い挨拶をしてくれた。
フロントや朝食会場のスタッフも丁寧で良かったです。

Cons:

部屋は広かったのですが、ユニットバストイレが狭く　特にトイレ設備は窮屈だった。
