The cleanliness, the service from staff

Cons:

Not sure if it was the location of my room, but the WiFi was VERY weak. It constantly disconnected and reconnected and when it connected it was very slow and weak not allowing me to complete remote work.

Bie, salvó ese detalle.
Cons:

Me volvieron a cobrar y me enteré porque el banco emisor de mi tarjeta de crédito me mandó un mensaje avisándome el nuevo cargo., de lo contrario ni cuenta me hubiera dado. El hotel quedó en cancelar el cargo y voy a esperar el resultado.
