Overall a great stay
Pros:

The swimming pool was nice, breakfast was solid. Staff were friendly, and property was well maintained.

Cons:

Our microwave didn’t work. Tile in the bathroom was as broken. Notified at check in but nothing was resolved

Great place, service and price!
Pros:

Customer service was great!, Everything was really great. I normally stay at the Holiday Inn in Sundland Park by the I-10 highway, and I actually thought I had made my reservation there. I think this place is much better and cheaper. From now on, we will make our reservations here.

Good, comfortable stay. Competitive with pricier options in the area.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. I like the breakfast hours. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The staff was very polite.

Cons:

Depending on where you're going, the location is a little less than convenient. Trying to head east during moderate traffic can be a little frustrating. Otherwise, it's fairly close to some restaurants.

Excelente estancia y confort
Pros:

La habitación muy cómoda, limpia, cama muy confortable. Las almohadas se sintieron desgastadas. Amenidades acordes a lo ofertado. Baño limpio y excelente tamaño.

Cons:

Que me hayan cobrado de deposito 40 dlls. Aun y cuando se pago de contado las habitaciones. Y haberme quedado 2 veces antes tiempo atrás... y queda la duda si lo devuelven?.
