The experience was quite good except the front office staff (EXCEPT the person who checked me in) were cold and unwelcoming.

Overall a very good stay. Reception staff, breakfast and the staff were very good; bar staff were nice as well. Wi-fi signal was great, except at the pool.
It would have been nice if the hot water heater heated the water, (no, I didn't complain, was out of the room for long periods). Also, it would have been nice to have a 'Do Not Disturb' sign for the door, especially as I didn't need the room to be cleaned daily.
Overall, I would stay here again.

I had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. The place was clean, services worked well, and the front desk staff was, mostly, very courteous and helpful. I want to especially thank the front desk staff Ms Adeola for her helpful, courteous, kind and friendly service throughout my stay. Also thanks to the housekeeping staff for keeping the place clean throughout and to the IT staff for their prompt attention to any issues that arose as well.

Everything was up to expectation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only concern was the leaking sprayer in the bathroom. It was reported, but not fixed during my stay.

This was my fourth stay at this hotel, and it's been a positive experience so far.

Enjoyed my stay. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend staying on the rooms with sea view away from the road. The staff were amazing and the room was a very good size. Would definitely stay here again

The check in process on the first day was a nightmare - apparently they didn’t have my reservation in their system! The rooms should be provided with basic utensils like drinking glasses, plates, cutlery and pressing iron. It’s a lot of inconvenience to call whenever guest requires them.
Otherwise my stay is was quite peaceful and comfortable.

This was my 2nd time staying here and again the service was very high quality in all areas. Calls to reception always answered quickly and items brought to room almost immediately. Bar and restaurant service is above and beyond and they are always thinking ahead to predict what guests might need.

It's a great place to stay in Lagos! Check out the ocean view, spacious rooms and suites, and great restaurants.
