Pros:

Great location, right in the city center, with good restaurants within walking distance. Despite frequent power outages in the city, the hotel always had electricity and hot water. The room was warm and quite comfortable. There is also a well-equipped bomb shelter in the parking area. I definitely recommend this hotel.
