Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam.
Die Zimmer waren einfach, dennoch absolut ausreichend, sauber und mit einer Klimanalage ausgestattet.

Cons:

Leider war das Hotel etwas "ab vom Schuss", der Fußweg in die Stadt zog sich ein wenig.

A perfect location, about a 10/15 min walk to center of Malcesine so it was very peaceful with gorgeous views. The pool area and bar were lovely. Cannot fault it! Don't usually feel the need to return to places but I would love to come back to stay here again someday

Pros:

Everything was good for me than I expcted exception just one thing. The road that approachs the hotel is very narrow to go through. I think a car a little bigger than taxi couldn't go through without hurt.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Genügend Parkplätze
Pros:

Größer Frühstücksraum, auch auf der Terrasse Platz. Da wir früh morgens angereist sind, durften wir schon Frühstücken und die Liegewiese und den Pool nutzen, bevor wir einchecken konnten.

Cons:

Liegen am Pool zu wenig und für große Menschen zu kurz um bequem zu liegen. Wurst/Käse zum Frühstück war immer gleich, könnte abwechslungsreicher sein.
