Great new clean hotel
Pros:

This is a hotel they just completely refurbished l. This hotel was in a great location, and I would suggest it to everyone. Numerous hotels in the vicinity are in dire need of renovation due to their extreme wear and tear. Stay here brand new rooms and very clean . Best hotel in the area .

Pros:

Hotel Personal hat Booking on Deutschland 2x versucht anzurufen. Keiner ging an das Telefon.
Ich habe es auch 2x versucht. Es kam zu keiner Telefonischen Verbindung.

Cons:

Wie schon in meiner E-Mail an Booking erwähnt, gab es keine Buchung. Das Hotel hatte auch keine freien Zimmer mehr. Leider bekam ich bisher noch keine Antwort/ Erklärung von Booking. Wir sind aus Deutschland in die Staaten geflogen und hatten in der ersten Nacht gegen 21.00 Uhr kein Hotel. Schlimm. Wir mussten gegen 22.00 Uhr auf Hotelsuche gehen.
Furchtbare Situation. Freundliche Grüße...

Was excellent
Pros:

It was perfect for walking distance to the stockyards.
Also the front desk staff was excellent every one of them were so nice and helpful. That is not always the case anymore so it was so refreshing for their kindness

Great location and amenities, it was like they had forgotten to service the room

Cons:

Room never got serviced in four days, had to ask for towels that never came and I had to go to reception late at night to request again, also requested toilet paper then,I think they get better looked after in jail.

Pros:

Staff were super helpful with the parking and the laugage. In the check in process they gave the kids coloring pages they loved. Location is perfect and food is great , pool is the right size and water warmth.

Rude and unhelpful reception staff
Pros:

Fantastic location, great pool, amazing roof top bar and lovely room, however my experience was let down by the lady (dark hair) on reception, as she was extremely rude, and unbelievably unhelpful, on more than one occasion. Not sure I’d stay there again.
