Needed a cheap place close to the airport. That was it. Nothing more.
Pros:

Working ac and wifi.

Cons:

No toilet paper. The bum gun broke immediately. Almost got locked in the bathroom because the door handle fell of.
Lot's of small plastic water cups. Not timely anymore.

Never return even just for cheap price only a night
Pros:

Staffs are good that let us check in early as our flight arrived at 8.00am

Cons:

Many many cockroaches. If you don't mind these aliens showed up everywhere inside or hallway outside your rooms, even on your bed, then you won't complain the air conditioner was not working. If you don't mind sleeping in a hot room, you won't the bathroom poor conditions and no wifi in your room.

Good for one night when you need to catch the airplane next day

Very late check in possible
So good when you arrive late from Banda with the pelni ferry

Bathroom Not Clean
We didn't get the room we booked for

Free Shampoo looked nasty
Small bugs in the room
Tea and Coffee for free but cups bit nasty

It’s ok for one night
Pros:

They let me check in early in the morning.
Good price.
Bed was comfy and clean.

Cons:

Wifi didn’t work in the room.
Bathroom looks unclean and dated.
Noisy if your room is in the front of building.

Everything (with the exception of Wi-Fi) worked perfectly in room. Exceptionally good seafood restaurant nearby.
