The restaurant is wonderful, the rooms are updated and spotless….very comfortable.
We stayed at Bear Tracks Inn over Thanksgiving and had a great time. The hosts are super friendly, and you can tell they’ve put a lot of care into the place. Each room has its own theme, right down to the bedding and even the keychain! They really care about making you feel welcome, and it shows.
Super clean, cozy and beautiful
Easy to find, big parking lot and parking right at the door to your room. Food and merch on site.
Large room, comfortable bed, good heating unit and spotlessly clean! Would book again.
1. TV operation was somewhat challenging at first
2. Small bar frig is nice, but a microwave would have been very useful.
3. A box of tissues in the room please.
4. Only one bedside table and lamp. When the curtains are drawn, the room is very dark. Another table and lamp would also allow one person to perhaps read or work, when the other person wished to close their light to sleep.
5. Only one extra blanket for two beds?
6. As a senior, I found the shower to be very slippery... an anti-slip mat for safer footing would be appreciated.
7. Checkout time is 11 a.m. I didn't appreciate the housekeeping person using their key to let themselves into my room - as I had just finished my shower at 10:40 and quickly grabbed a towel!!

The shower was not working properly. The sheets were not very clean. The blankets also smelled bad

Price- supply and demand I get it. But in a price war to see how much they can charge.
Tourists will stop coming.

Good value for the money, also for its location. Saved $50+ just for driving only half an hour to Tobermory. Amazing homey food and staff at the restaurant!

SUPER CLEAN AND FRIENDLY STAFF
No ac or fan in room
The owner was very nice and understanding.
The bathtub didn't have a stopper so I had to take a shower instead of a bath.
Shower liner could have been changed with the newer ones that are so stiff. Same with shower curtain, needed replacing.
The staff are friendly and the food is delicious.
Basic clean and good value
Bathroom small and very tight to get in and out of .
If bathroom door is changed from a regular closing door to a barn style sliding door it would make it a lot easier to use the bathroom and shower ! ! !
Staff was very helpful and the restaurant had very good food.
Hair dryer didn’t work, no phone, no Kleenex in the room. No comfortable chair to sit on.
