Pros:

Very clean and spacious.
The location is great and family mart downstairs is a plus.

Cons:

Unfortunately there is a construction going on on the other side.
We were not so affected at the 5th floor, but it was loud during the day.

失敗も楽しい思い出になりました！
Pros:

部屋は清潔かつ広さがあり、ゆったりとくつろげました。
こちら都合で宿泊期間の手違いが発生。その際の対応が素晴らしかった。次回も利用したい。

Great location, value for money but staff should understand customers needs slightly better
Pros:

Great location, very near churaumi aquarium .. just less than 5 minutes drive away. Family Mart is just downstairs so that was the highlight. Space was great for a family of 6 + 1 baby. Overall, good stay.

Cons:

It would be good if the tatami area has the option of being enclosed so that whoever sleeping in there has some privacy vs those sleeping in the living room. The separate bedroom was great as well.

I informed the management team that I intend to have 2 people sleep on tatami, and I would like 1 extra tatami to put it in the bedroom for my baby (as they don't offer cribs). The management forgotten to provide me with the extra tatami for my baby... my baby had to sleep on the bed instead, without any guard rails.. so that was dangerous.
