Pros:

Great view though during my time there, some ongoing construction in front of the property robbed us of a magnificent unblocked view of the ocean. However, it was still a great sight to behold the ocean and the sunset was still really good.

Cons:

Not any I can think of. Maybe the check-in process, which was a bit tedious for my slightly larger group of five. But this is really me just trying to think of any area for improvement.

Pros:

The room is very spacious with a pleasant sea view (although there is also construction site visible at the moment). It includes one separate bedroom (without a window, but with good ventilation) and a second bedroom located in the main living area together with the lounge and kitchen space.
We stayed without a car, and the location was still very convenient. There is a Family Mart right in the same building, and a bus stop just nearby. A good supermarket in Motobu (a couple of stops closer to the city center) is also easy to reach. There are several cafes within walking distance as well.
It is also possible to walk to the Ocean Expo Park and Emerald Beach (around 40 minutes at a relaxed pace), or take a taxi via (DiDi or GO) since we were travelling as family of 4, it was sometimes even cheaper than taking the bus for short distances.
But anyway to tell the truth I think this location is not worth to visit without car rental. It is really tough to get anywhere beside mentioned above locations.

Cons:

The ventilation system is designed a bit strange. It creates noticeable knocking noises which become stronger when the balcony door is open. At the same time the cooker hood is very strong and makes it difficult to hear the noise from that side.
There are also some issues with the water temperature: once the shower water gets hot, it becomes quite difficult to cool it down again. However these are relatively minor points, and overall the positives definitely outweigh them.

Pros:

Loklaita skvělá, kousek od parku akvária. Výhled na západ slunce. Lehce nás obtěžovala stavba hotelu přes ulici. Ten ostatně veme výhled na západ slunce.

痒いところに一歩手が届かない感じです。
Pros:

美ら海水族館から近く、徒歩圏内にはマルシェ、一階はコンビニと、とても便利な立地でした。
三世代6人での宿泊だったので、トイレが2箇所、お風呂とシャワールームがあったのもすごく助かりました。
洗濯機・乾燥機もあり、毎日大量の洗濯物が出る我が家にとっては有り難かったです。
なお、鍵はナンバーロック式なので、鍵を持ち歩く必要はなく便利でした。
管理者からの返信も比較的スムーズで、端的なやり取りができました。

Cons:

4泊5日で予約しましたが、お風呂やトイレの掃除道具がなく困りました。
清掃が入らないことは分かっていましたが、まさかの洗剤等が用意されておらず…。
問い合わせたら『必要ならコンビニかスーパーで購入してください』との返信がありました。
さすがにお風呂洗剤までは用意していなかったので、わざわざ購入し、置いて帰りました。
キッチン用品も一通り揃っているとは言い難く、子連れで自炊する予定の方は結構厳しいと思います。
なお、ベッドルームが3部屋とありますが、一室は完全個室(ここにトイレとシャワールームあり)、他はリビングにベッド2台、リビングに隣接した和室に布団がありました。
ただ、リビングと和室を仕切るものは一切ないので、子供たちを布団で寝かせたあと、リビングの電気を点けたりすることもできず、ちょっと困りました。
あとはベランダもしくは室内に物干しラック等があれば尚良かったと感じます。
