Perfect accommodation and location!
Pros:

Easy online check-in at the reception. Clear efficient communications from the host. Fabulous balcony and views. Bathroom and ensuite facilities were excellent. Extremely clean and modern. Great location for shops, restaurants, and long garden walks in the Ocean Expo (you can walk to the aquarium as well).

Cons:

Building works are taking place over the road, and we had a large crane in our view. Whilst we would have preferred it not to be there, it in no way spoiled our enjoyment. We did not experience significant noise from the site, and to be honest the wind was noisier.

コンビニが1階にあるので、何かと便利でした。

美ら海水族館に行く予定での宿泊だったのですが、立地がめちゃくちゃ良かったです。

2階だったので、ロケーションはそこまで最高！という感じではなかったですが、海は見えました。

トイレやバスルームが2カ所あったので3世帯滞在には助かりました。

お部屋は広くて、快適でした！

Cons:

階上の人？の足音がすごかったです。

独立した寝室の方は大丈夫だったようですが、リビングのほうは結構響きました。

22時付近で静かになってくれたのですが、あのあとも続くようだったら、音に敏感な人は寝れないかもなーと思いました。

Pros:

대가족이 머물기 매우 좋습니다. 저희는 성인 5명 아이3명이 함께 지냈는데
더할나위 없이 좋았습니다. 위치도 츄라우미랑 매우가깝습니다.
주변에 맛집도 있어 모든 면에서 훌륭했습니다.

Cons:

체크인이 다소 어렵습니다.
분명 메일내용처럼 모든 인원의 여권정보를 입력했지만
또 현장에서 입력이 필요했습니다.
그럴려면 왜 사전 입력을 원했는지 모르겠습니다.

Pros:

Very clean and spacious.
The location is great and family mart downstairs is a plus.

Cons:

Unfortunately there is a construction going on on the other side.
We were not so affected at the 5th floor, but it was loud during the day.
