Not for Family
Pros:

It's not a hotel as name claimed. Just a block of flats turned into hotel. Management is poor. reception looks haunted. Only provide bare amenities although writing so many. Even refused to provide drinking water on arrival which is mentioned on the booking. Furniture in the room was of very poor quality and falling apart. Complained about it but they did nothing. Booked two triple rooms but given on double and one triple and charged for two triple. I confirmed booking by card still they kept on asking for the payment from time of arrival till I surrender and paid in advance. Although we agreed payment at check-out. Rooms have very thin curtains and get light-up from sunrise. No lift and we were given rooms on fourth floor.Only good for solo traveller.

Nope
Pros:

Short version:
Avoid.
Much better places, even hostels, for that price.
Unhygienic, old, not a real hotel (probably a block of flats converted into a 'hotel'). No staff available. No fridge.
The area is fine, but with a lot of hills.

Longer Version:
I enjoyed the view, and the fact that there was a working aircon in the room and wifi.
There was a TV as well, but no opinion on that, as I didn't use it.
I had to climb over 70 stairs to get to my room, there was no elevator.
The room wasn't 100% clean (sheets had stains, the toilet had stains).
The cleaner kept on taking the soap and body wash provided by the hotel from my room (even though it wasn't much to begin with), so I didn't have a way to take a shower during my last night and I had to use shampoo (and I had no toilet roll as they didn't replenish it)!
The receptionist was not around 95% of the time. Sure, he put his phone number on a post it note on the hotel door, but not everyone has roaming or access to a phone when travelling.
The hotel room didn't have a landline.
The hotel was a bit run down (cracks on the walls, ants, stains).
The pictures were misleading overall.
