Pros:

It was very nice and new, give a very at home vibe but the one big problem is that it was very hot in elevator and easily has lots of ants, and I mean lots

It have everything I need for a hotel room. Room is nice !
Only local TV channels
Not so convenience to access. Far from MRT station. Think first if you need to go out from and back to your room quite a few everyday.

駅や市街地までのアクセスは少し悪いですが、近くに地元民が通う屋台や、学校が多くあり雰囲気を楽しめました。施設自体も綺麗で、スタッフもサービスもとても良かったです。シャワーとトイレが一緒になっているので気になる方はサンダルなどが必要かもしれません。総合的に、ゆっくり休めるいい施設でした。

Pros:

I extended my stay here as this place is great feel like my own home. Very easy to find foods. Very quiet and great place to relax. This is like my 2nd home. I will definitely come back again to this place when I am in Bangkok.

The condo pretty much have everything, the only thing was the slow wi-fi. I hope the management will upgrade the wi-fi connection. The location is not near MRT station but you can easily find grab bike along the main road they will bring you anywhere. The area was handy to find foods because there are so many street vendors selling tasty thai foods along the road and they are not very expensive. Originally I plan to stay for two nights but extend for another 4 nights because I enjoy staying here. The place is very clean and well maintained. I will definitely staying here again next time when I come back to Bangkok.
