私にとっては理想的なホテルでした。全ての面で利用条件が整っていました。清潔感、ベット、朝食(日本人の味覚感で味は問題ないと思います)、プール(景観の眺めは最高です)、ロッッテマート等、空港からのシャトルバスの終点で下車、ホテルが見えます。お勧めのホテルです。次回も利用したいと思います。

직원이 투숙객 응대에 문제가 있고, 객실의 수압이 낮고, 조식이 최저수준의 호텔
Pros:

프론트에 직원이 한명이 근무하면서 5분 기다리라고 하고는 10분이상 기다리게 하고 룸을 배정했는데 화장실 수압이 너무 낮아서 이용에 불편했다. 그리고 체크아웃할때 좋아요를 강요하며 싸인을 하라고 했다. 여러면에서 비추하는 호텔이다. 조식 또한 최저수준 이었다.

What was advised as the room I reserved was not what I received. The Senior Deluxe room was supposed to have a shower/tub combo but it was just a tub with shower nozzle. I had to take all my shower sitting down in the tub. There was no where to hang the nozzle so it was very inconvenient.

My bed sheets didn’t look clean and the sofa had stains on them.

Det er et veldig godt hotell, og i forhold til prisen er det fantastisk. Det ligger ti minutters gange fra stranda, og der ligger butikker som selger gatemat i nærheten. På hotelltaket var det basseng og solsenger. Rommet var rent, velholdt og av bra størrelse. Frokosten var helt grei. Det beste var likevel det hjelpsomme personalet i resepsjonen. Det er en del gatestøy så be om å få et rom høyt oppe.

Pros:

Nice sunny pool area, sunny before and after lunchtime. Clean room. Good water preassure. Good options on breakfast table. Missed a bar on the poolarea/roof top. But you could order room service to the roof. Amazing massage in the SPA.

Many surprising benefits
Pros:

I initially booked into this hotel for one nights, based upon the positive reviews and after seeing the room and facilities, booked for a further 3 nights.

The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout, the room clean and well attended, though the water in the shower was mostly luke warm, though there was a lovely bath which was great for relaxing after the day.

While the location was not right on the beach near tourist facilities such as tour offices, tourist information, spas and the night market, they are only about 1 km away and easily walkable, or you can catch a taxi, motorcycle taxi or cyclo for around 50 000 - 70 000 vnd.

The beach itself is around 600 metres away and visible from the hotel.

The included buffet breakfast is generous, and Florida Hotel is conveniently, only about 100 m from the airport bus station on Yersin Street .

The hotel itself is quiet and the rooftop deck and pool have views over the city in all directions, which is magical at night.

The hotel also has good local maps with more information about tours, and it is within walking distance of the Railway Station.

If you are of a musical ilk, there is a piano in the lobby which guests are welcome to play.

Finally, I would like to make a special mention of Mrs. New/Niu(?) who was on evening shifts during my stay. Not only did she check my name, she used it throughout, welcomed me and always seemed to have time for pleasantries - a real asset to the hotel. Thank you.

Pros:

A new hotel, quite near the beach, but the traffic in Nga Trong is a bit tough, hard to cross the road. The buffet breakfast does not have much variety, and the service of baking.g egg is not acceptable. Even coffee have different level, some need waistband, doesn't know what it means, different payment, I suppose. The swimming pool on rooftop is the best part I like, nice view.
