Pros:

Tutto, dall'accoglienza al soggiorno nella struttura. Il personale discreto ed efficiente, cibo ottimo. Servizio in spiaggia efficientissimo, staff animazione brillante.

地理位置不错 有私人沙滩 每个房间都是可以看到海景 员工很有礼貌

Cons:

一个15平方的房间 一张双人床一张上下铺4个人挤在里面 连路都走不过 房间就一张椅子坐都没地方坐 早餐可以随便吃点 不是那么多可选的

Struttura curata e pulita in modo particolare gli ambienti comuni. La gestione dei pasti con servizio al tavolo aiuta a non creare confusione e spreco. Disponibilità per pietanze differenti per i bambini.

Cons:

La stanza per quattro persone è un po’ troppo piccola.
L’acqua della piscina molto fredda.

ottima colazione a buffet, servizio al ristorante impeccabili, disponibilità al massimo da parte dei ragazzi, anche il servizio al bar ottimo, bravi tutti

Cons:

ristrutturare le stanze, sembrano anni 70, la doccia piccolissima, nemmeno ti puoi girare dentro, c'è un solo ascensore piccolo bisogna fare la fila sia per salire che per scendere ed assurdo, come si fa.

Very nice stay, great location
Pros:

The location was perfect. The staff was really nice & helpful. The room was nice clean & comfortable.The breakfast was very good lots of options & so nice to sit out on the balcony with a beautiful view of the water. There is a lot of action at the hotel & in the surrounding area. Loud music played well past 2:00 am. This can be both good & bad depending on what you may like.

Cons:

The check out time in 9:30, earlier than a usual 1100 check out . The staff was great & kept our bags & let us use the pool, it was just a little rushed.

Tutto perfetto, ti senti veramente in vacanza, centrale per poter approfittarne di tutto,

Cons:

Se proprio vogliamo trovare un difetto, è l'ora del check out entro le 9.30h , per chi alloggia solo una notte è stretto e anche per chi ultimo giorno deve lasciare la stanza.

Pros:

Albergo fronte mare con splendida vista da tutte le stanze e con spiaggia attrezzata ad esclusivo utilizzo. Ottimo livello sia qualitativo che quantitativo del cibo. Personale gentile ed attento a risolvere qualsiasi esigenza; vorrei a tal proposito segnalare il maitre di sala: William e le sue collaboratrici, in particolare una vulcanica Alessia sempre pronta a dispensare sorrisi ed attenzioni per i clienti. Altamente consigliato.

Cons:

Un piccolo appunto al parcheggio coperto con posti numerati, c’erano cartelli che invitavano a parcheggiare facendo attenzione a lasciare il posto per una seconda auto fra i paletti ma, per quanto mi sia sforzato, due auto di dimensioni più generose non possono proprio starci.

Don't believe the hype surrounding this hotel!
Pros:

The staff in the breakfast room were very friendly. The rooms were clean.

Cons:

On arrival we asked about onsite parking, only to be told we should have pre-booked, as it was full. I asked about other parking options however the receptionist was less than helpful. After finding nearby free on-street parking, we returned and went to our room.

Unfortunately the A/C was not working properly (it was 31+ degrees outside). We reported same and waited an hour and 20 mins for the maintenance man to arrive. He took the filter away and cleaned it, as it was blocked with fluff and other debris. Presuming the A/C had been fixed we went out for dinner. On our return it was obvious the A/C had not been repaired. It was late and nothing could be done, as the hotel was fully booked. We subsequently spent a very uncomfortable night in an extremely hot room. It took until the following evening for us to be given another room, where the A/C seemed to work slightly better, but it wasn't great.

The hotel lift was the worst I have experienced in a very long time. Although the hotel only has 5 floor and a basement, the lift could take up to 7/8 mins. It was easy to walk down, but not up 5 floors in the 31 degree heat!

Our first room was at the back of the hotel and we could not access the free internet.
