Pros:

Мне достался большой номер с двумя большими кроватями. Наконец смог хорошо поспать на ортопедических матрасах. Как оказалось, в Ереване часто это проблема… Расположение прекрасное, персонал очень дружелюбный!

Самая большая проблема, отсутствие лифта.

Удобный отель в центре
Pros:

Расположение, центр города, все рядом, собственная подземная парковка, очень просторный номер, высокие потолки, много воздуха, чистота.

Cons:

Отель расположен в доме без лифта, мы жили на 4 этаже, было тяжеловато. Но сотрудник отеля любезно помог нам поднять чемоданы.

Its a practical, well located place, with limited comfort but price quality is fine

Excellent location, big rooms, clean and relative quite for the Center of Yerevan.

Internet did not work the whole first day, the entrance area is in construction, that it was sometimes difficult to enter. No breakfast available

We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable throughout the entire visit
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, with large and cozy beds, and everything was very clean. Fresh towels and clean bed linen were always provided, and the housekeeping staff cleaned the room daily and changed the towels every day, which made our stay especially comfortable.

We also really appreciated that drinking water was provided every day. The room was equipped with a good hairdryer and a kettle, which was very convenient during our stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and always tried to help in any situation, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is excellent - right in the city center, with everything within walking distance and very convenient access to transportation.

The entrance is located through a quiet courtyard, although there is currently some construction work going on there, so it can occasionally be noisy during the daytime. However, mornings and evenings were peaceful and nothing disturbed us.

One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel does not have an elevator and is located on the fourth floor, which may be difficult for elderly guests or for those traveling with heavy luggage.

Also, we would like to mention that despite information saying breakfast could be purchased separately, the hotel currently does not offer breakfast. However, this was not a problem at all because there are many great cafés and restaurants nearby where you can easily have breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The only thing we would suggest improving is the information about breakfast on Booking.com. Currently, it mentions that breakfast can be purchased separately, but in reality, breakfast is not available at the hotel. It would be better either to remove this information from the listing or, if possible, to introduce a breakfast option in the future, as the current description can be a bit misleading for guests.

Лучшая локация и прекрасный персонал!
Pros:

Отличное расположение - самый центр, удобная кровать, хорошее обслуживание.
Ресепшн готов помочь со всем, подсказать места и дать полезные контакты.
При уборке поменяли полностью постельное, когда был на это запрос, т.ч. вообще все отлично.

Cons:

Когда заехала в номере было много плесени в углу на стене, которую непонятно почему не убрали.
Попросила об уборке -на следующий день ее устранили, но хотелось бы чуть больше сразу внимания к номерам.
У меня в номере также немного шумел холодильник, т.ч. спала в берушах.

on the first night of my stay, I was given a room without a balcony, even though I had booked one. however, they changed it the next day.
